Beautiful Atmosphere.

My hubby, sisters and brother in laws all went to this restaurant for a fun relaxing evening. Myself and my sisters have been to the Melting Pot before, however it was a dozen years ago so very vague memories of the experience. This time, it was wonderful to have all 3 of us couples to go and enjoy... read more

The restaurant has very private booths and dinner a lengthy but enjoyable process. The first course is a cheese fondue, the second are the entrees and the third is chocolate. It was a great place to connect with family over a long meal that plays out slowly, it would be great for a long romantic date. It is exspensive, a... More

I had been planning to visit this restaurant for a few months on an up[coming business trip. We arrived and sat in the bar area for a little happy hour action. We ordered two fondues and and a few different meats to be dipped. The service was horrific. I think we saw our waiter once in the hour and a... More

This is a place to come to bring a friend you haven't seen in awhile. You will never be hurried out of this restaurant. You can chat catch up on the last 20 years or whatever while cooking your dinner over a fondue pot. The cheese fondue of course is a must and the dessert of course should not be... More

Just got home from a very enjoyable dinner here, and I cannot remember being so full! There were 3 of us and two ordered off the special wine menu (silver level) where it was $50 for the meal plus wine. I separately ordered a fondue for one and we all shared. We started off with the cheese fondue (Traditional Alpine... More

Visited with my grown-son. We thought it sounded interesting but were disappointed. We were made to feel un-welcome as we didn't have a reservation, they grudgingly sat us in a dark booth. The food was only so-so despite their attempts to serve with flourish and certainly not worth the prices. We can say we tried it, but I won't be... More

The food was great, as was the experience. This is similar to Kobe's steakhouse - it's a production, and you need to take your time to enjoy the food and the company you're with.

I went to The Melting Pot for the very first time and found it to be delightful. I went on a Groupon deal, which was nice and cost-effective. I had purchased a dinner for two coupon, and it was just lovely. We had a great waiter (Matt) who was training someone new that evening. Everything was explained to us and... More

Fun dinner with family and friends Kind of expensive for dinner but a fun venue that allows time for visiting. We had 2 different cheese fondues, dinner, and dessert. Our waitress was new but did a great job

We have a family tradition of fondue on Christmas Eve so never before have we eaten it in a restaurant. The only truly negative comment I have is in reference to the review I read (I don't remember where though) that called it romantic....not so much. However the service was good (we were well cared for by Edgar and the... More
