We had it in the private room. Food and service was great. The restaurant used to be the meeting hall for seaman.

The filet and the lobster tails were tender, tasty, and cooked perfectly. Service was excellent and attentive and cocktails were mixed perfectly. Prices are high, but this is a 5-star experience. I will return the next time I am in Seattle.

Perhaps because the restaurant was hyped so much by my friends, my expectations were too high. Anyway, it was an excellent steak.

El Gaucho continues to provide high quality food and excellent service. If you get a chance to visit the massive bar before dining the bartenders are very knowledgeable and mix a nice drink. They also have a large selection of Ports for after dinner.
