Friday evening my wife, daughter and I dined at Daniel's on Lake Union. I was expecting a very good meal, I was extremely pleased. We actually 'Dined' for dinner. These days most restaurants subject their customers to a hopefully digestable meal served by a poorly trained server with absolutely no knowledge of food, wines and spirits, or professional service. Friday... More

Made our yearly trip to Seattle for the boat show and steak dinner. always a fantastic meal and this year was no exception. Started with popcorn shrimp. Oh man how I love those. Caeser Salad and bone in NY was so good. Only slightly disappointed that the steak was warm but not hot. Must have been sitting for a couple... More

We have been going to Daniel's Broiler for years and I can say that they have been so consistent and good and that's no easy trick in the restaurant biz.

This was a great place that must have had a change of management. Server was rude. Drink showed up after we were almost done eating. Food preparation is not nearly as good as it used to be. We are sad to say that this is no longer a place for us to frequent in Seattle.

Went here with couple of colleagues. Very friendly service. Awesome food. Nice views to outside. On the pricy side but you will get an experience that will stick with you at least for a while.

Perfect location, perfect food. One of the best steak sandwiches I've ever had. Highly recommend and the bar/lounge is ideal for the solo diner

This is hands down my wife's favorite steakhouse and with the docks, boats and water, it's one of my favorite locations too. Incredible food, great wine list and outstanding service. You really can't go wrong here.

I'll admit my friend had a difficult time finding something to eat tonight because she's vegetarian and there's not much on the menu for her. I picked the place and didn't think about her limited food options. So my fault, not hers. Our server, Rochelle, was clearly annoyed. Not like the place was packed and she was swamped and had... I follow a vegan diet. I was offered their vegetarian menu which I declined. Their veggie sides on the regular menu are enough for 2. When I addressed that with our server she said they could do half portions. I ordered the asparagus, baked potato, the squash and some sautéed mushrooms and onions. Everything was amazing, the best veggies I... More

Evidently the Schwartz Brothers have decided to take advantage of the healthy Seattle economy. They have added an automatic 20% gratuity to the bill, as well as turning tables (we were held in the lounge for 40 minutes)! Received quests warnings about the tough rib-eye steaks in the lounge and were told the fairly priced prime-rib was sold out. Be... More
