Good place to catch a bite before a movie

Gordon Biersch has the potential to be great, but the food is just your average pub-grub at high-end prices. The service is good, but it is noisy, not a place for an intimate dinner for sure.

The staff was excellent- very nice, helpful and quick. We liked the beer sampler, and the food was tasty despite being way too salty. We had garlic fries, mini French dip and mini Brauts.

I come back to this restaurant after disappointing meals because of the location (in downtown Seattle's Pacific Place mall) and because there is almost always something really good that happens among the disappointment. Appetizers are more dependable, as is the beer. Cobb salads are reliable but there is danger in going too far afield with more complicated entrées. Take care... More

Great place to have a drink, some food, located in Pacific Place shopping mall right downtown. Lots of food choices from starters to full dinners. Our group had salads and sandwiches. Lots of flavor and very fresh ingredients.

The food was ridiculously priced for the portion size, quality of food and service. Ate there 6:45 pm on a Friday night, they are really pushing Rib Eye steak on their multiple menus, I order it, 15 mins later told they are out of Rib Eye. At 6:45 pm?? They suggested a New York steak as an alternate it literally... More

Lovely food, in fact delicious food, amazing garlic fries. Staff were beyond excellent. My husband vouches for the beers which he says is great as its micro brewery beer. Definitely come here if you find yourself in downtown Seattle, it's a must.

We ate lunch here before leaving downtown. Wish we would have come for dinner because we were too tired to try any beers. My husband had a burger and I had the salmon chowder and a house salad. We were both happy with our choices. The service was outstanding, our waiter was full of recommendations. Can't wait to come back... More

We were able to get a table without a reservation after shopping at the mall. The food was good but not mind blowing. The beer was good, brewed in house. Service was friendly and quick. They were very good about my food allergy!

This great place is in the Pacific Place Mall in the heart of Seattle downtown. We stopped there after a day of shopping at the mall and at Nordstrom's,next block. There were three of us. One had a steak. One a huge chicken salad, and I had their "steak sliders" which we all loved. The waiter Carlos was very very... More
