We spent a day in Seattle and did not make reservations for dinner in advance. Andaluca was recommended by TripAdvisor. We did not regret our choice. The food was really good but a pit pricy. Our server was very courteous. The decor of the restaurant is nice. We really enjoyed our experience.

This interesting menu offered standard breakfast AND "out of the box" choices. I am not opposed to the idea of eating at the traditional breakfast time, but I am not a fan of breakfast food. I was pleased to review the menu with a wide variety of offerings. I highly recommend the Shakshuka (a sausage stew) with polenta cakes. The... More

Vegetable hash! I can't stop raving. Good variety of vegetables, eggs were poached exactly as I like them. Portion was HUGE. I loved their presentation, everything was classy and sophisticated, just like the hotel itself. Staff were professional and welcoming. I would love to return here for dinner. I love these type of cozy, warm places, and it was perfectly... More

This restaurant is located in the Mayflower Hotel. The menu is varied, the food excellent, and the surroundings most pleasant. For breakfast, don't miss the very special French Toast.

Two East Coast foodies just returned from a 3 week West Coast vacation. Andaluca tops our list of best restaurants! Appetizers to dessert the preparation, presentation and service were all excellent. We enjoyed dinner so much we returned for breakfast. The French Toast is not to be missed. I do not know how anyone can disparage this wonderful chef's showcase.... More

My wife and I went to this restaurant because we were staying at The Mayflower, but also because it was recommended by Bon Appetit readers. We went for dinner first and had what I would call a so so meal. I say that because my wife's salmon was fabulous, but my petit roast beef was so tough I couldn't chew... More

We decided to have a light dinner here. Light was the right word... The quality of the food was very good, but the portions were unacceptably tiny. Two small scallops for 12 bucks, really...The service was good, apart from having to wait ages for a dessert and having my drink whisked away before I had finished it. We ended up... More

My wife and I had a wonderful dinner here on a weeknight in late August. With its interesting decor and a Mediterranean inspired eclectic menu, I think anyone could find something delicious on the menu. My wife had two starters: scallops and also a chicken on a skewer. Both great! I had the pork chop with whole cherries and polenta... More

Description
Andaluca, located in downtown Seattle, is a nationally recognized culinary oasis. Resonating with the romance of the Mediterranean, its food and design have been a winning combination since 1996. Throughout the handsome space, mahogany mill work, hand painted murals and plush, deep-toned fabrics work together to conjure up a sun-baked Mediterranean grotto.
One of the hottest restaurants in downtown Seattle, Andaluca features fresh seasonal Northwest foods influenced by the flavors of the Mediterranean. Chef Sarah Lorenzen combines strong and aromatic tastes that complement, rather than overpower.
