Nice light lunch on mid week meeting. Had Mixed green salad with chicken- it was well made and enough for a larger appetite! Service was good with pleasant young lady knowing how to pace us, not rush, keep water glasses filled.

Nice restaurant attached to the Kimpton Hotel Vintage. Small. Went here for breakfast. I had the chicken salad and my husband had the biscuits. I had a cherry collins to drink, my husband had a coffee. Drink was ok. Salad was good and so were...my husbands biscuits. Service prompt. Wood try again. Total bill was $54.34. Not sure why my pictures aren’t showing up.More

Thank you for taking the opportunity to reach out and share with me your recent experience. The biscuits are an authentic Italian recipe from Chef's father, and our personal favorite. Looking forward to your next visit!

I've been eating here for years... and years and years....the last 3 visits have truly been a disappointment... service has gone completely down hill..laughingly casual at best...with 1 server.. and the next time snooty with an "I am so much better than you" attitude..I'm guessing...because that day I wasn't dressed as I usually would be as I was in a hurry running errands in the city...who knows? Nothing I hate more than being looked down upon by my server...like they are doing me a favor ..and as for the food.?... seriously guys step up your game again.. what really is going on.? Youve been one of my go to places for a long time.. I'm going to wait a while then try again.... one more time... but that's it.More

We held an event in the private wine room here so we got a chance to taste a wide variety of dishes. They serve family style so you get to taste everything. The steak, pasta, fish all scored high marks. Tender, well prepared and delicious....The salads were plain, but fine. Deserts where not as strong as the main courses. One small item is the wine list. Surprisingly few Washington wines and few wines from Piedmont the star wine growing region of Italy. However the wines that were listed are very nice.More

A group of colleagues and I visited while in town for work. Really great food and atmosphere. Staff were very efficient. I had pork shank and finished with tiramisu.

We had a nice early dinner. I had the grilled lamb and it was very good. My wife had a dinner salad and mussels and we appreciated that they split the salad so we could each have a taste. Only thing keeping it from being...a 5 star review was that the waiter was not much help with the extensive wine list. We had a very nice Browne Petit Verdot but I was hoping to find something among the italian wines that represented a great value and got pointed to $100 wines. The service was very professional and prompt, so I was surprised about the lack of help on the extensive wine list.More

The rustic grilled bread is fantastic. Think of it as a chargrilled eggs Benedict in red sauce. The biscuits in Italian sausage gravy is also highly recommended. The central downtown location kind of keeps the crowds down on weekends, so easier to get a table!

This restaurant is small, but warm and lovely with a polished wood interior. It offers good service and an interesting menu and wine list. It is located across from the Seattle Library. The menu is Italian with a Pacific Northwest flare. Don't miss the creamy...and tasty risotto!More

Decided to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary here with friends yesterday due to good reviews and proximity to our hotel (the Fairmont Olympic around the corner). Based on our experience I wouldn’t recommend Tulio for anyone celebrating a special occasion. Our server ignored the table...for most of the evening and was extremely inattentive. The bill included a $39 charge for several glasses of the “complimentary” prosecco that was brought to the table when we arrived. After pointing this out it was removed from the bill but it just one of several oversights by the server, including a fly in my spouse’s coffee to end the evening. The food was fine but I felt like they could have cared less about our table or the occasion. I would strongly discourage anyone from spending your special occasion here.More

My wife and I just ate at this wonderful but limited little restaurant Saturday night after going to the 5th Ave. theater. We called for reservations but they were booked solid, but were told that the bar was first come first served. We shot out...of the theater and arrived about 4:50 PM ten minutes before they opened. The first thing that my wife noticed was the sign hanging out front from the health department marked good. That was slightly scary but we braved on. When we sat ourselves at the bar we were befriended by Sean, their bar manager extraordinaire. Although we don't drink alcohol, he went out of his way to see to our every need. My wife ordered the chicken with a ice berg salad, and I had the duck with the butternut squash soup. Simply sensational. The duck was actually better than the Canlis, and you got more and of course much less expensive. We both enjoyed desserts that Sean recommended. Also fantastic. Please let me tell you about the bread that is generously served before and during your dinner, it was as light as angel food. They make it themselves. You must try this place as soon as possible.More
