In town for a wedding, we found this restaurant by walking by it. Seven of us went for dinner. The staff pushed the tables together and instead of handing us menus, started handing us platters of delicious food and bottle after bottle of good red wine. Each course was an authentic, amazing treat. More of our large Italian family joined... More

This was our first trip to Seattle and if anything will make it unforgettable, it will be our experience dining at Pasta Freska. They start off by telling you there is no menu, and the chef interviews you to determine what you will eat. I would tell you how many courses we had, but I lost count. The food was... More

So lets start off to know what you getting into: like others have said, no menu and be prepared to wait if prime dining time. Also, if you are going to eat here, make sure you have plenty of time (at least hour); don't be rushed or make plans to do anything after...enjoy the scene and food/wine. We simply drove... More

As there is no menu, they kinda just keep serving you food. However, everything they give you (it changes nightly) is DELICIOUS and although expensive, I would highly recommend it!

Have you ever found that place you want to share with everyone but you don't want anyone to know about because then it will get to crowded and ruin it? Pasta Freska is that place for me. Here's what I love about it: No menus - Are you ready for a beautiful dinner? Just tell Michael and his team what... More

My wife and I have walked by Pasta Freska for the better part of a year before deciding to stop in a few weeks ago. We were intrigued by the reviews we read online, and are now glad to be counted among those enticing others to visit. Upon arrival, the chef promptly seated us and arrived at our table to... More

What a wonderful dining experience. As others have noted, you walk in and are seated. Papa comes over and asks what you don't want and then you relax and enjoy your evening as they will take care of the rest of dining/drinking experience. We had salad, some fabulous garlic bread, an eggplant Parmesan, ziti in a pomodor sauce, chicken, a... More

What a fun place to go for dinner. The food was delicious and I tried some things I had never eaten before. There is no set menu, the cheif cooks what ever he feels like as long as it's Italian. I will certainly return there the next time I'm in Seattle

This is the place you go to to eat good food, the place you go to feel like you are with your family - back in the days where you sat down at the table and didn't have to make decisions about what to order, your mom put a plate in front of you and you didn't ask what it... More
