This is a hole-in-the-wall, strip mall joint that doesn't look like much. We came on the basis of the reviews and were not disappointed. The lo mein was fab: ingredients tasted fresher, the flavors were brighter, yet also subtler than standard Americanized fare. Spicy Mandarin Chicken was my husband's favorite; not too spicy, but well-executed. I like a little more... More

Great Sichuan cooking in traditional Chinese family restaurant. Sichuan cooking is known for its spice, but there is plenty here for children and adults who do not like spicy food. If I lived here, I would be a regular.

Low key spot with friendly staff and great food. We had a meal that was based on Chinese vegetables, noodles, seafood, and dumplings. Everything was cooked well and quickly. Spicy dishes cooked with care. A great find-- you come here to eat, not for the decor. The food by itself warrants your visit.

This is one of my favorite spots in the ID. Their best dishes don't have the best names for them, but be sure to try the Twice Cooked Pork and the Sichuanese Boiled Fish. Also, their MapoTofu w/Pork is great too. If you want hot pot, they have an all-you-can eat for only $16. I've had it a few times... More

I am super skeptical of Chinese food coming from a family who owns a Chinese Restaurant. My sister recently moved to Seattle and took me here. I was wowed by the good food. Authentic dishes too. I am so impressed and recommended this place to all my other friends as well!

My friend and I really enjoy this place. I am a 1 trick poney and alwats get the veggie chow mein with homemade noodles. My frind got a shrimp/ broccoli dish with garlic that was equally amazing. My one regret is wishing they would really put lots of veggies in the chow mein dish as it is veggie chow mein... More

Bare tables, bare bones. Popular. Can be quite crowded, try to go off hours. Good food, large servings. Enjoy

We have loved this place, and previously gave it a 5-star rating. Last night (a Friday, busy but presumably with the 'A' team in the house) we had a distinctly mediocre dinner. Given that it's our favorite place for Chinese, we hope it's an aberration. Three of us had a number of dishes (allowing for take-home). The green beans heavy... More

I've read about this place here and in several other places, plus it was recommended by a knowledgeable young man. Lived up to expectation. Good food, some unusual dishes. I actually thought the chow mein noodles were the least exciting. Eggplant really good. Tofu very good. As I said we did take-out, but I got a pretty good look at... More

Just returned this afternoon, ahhhh so amazing. Wish I took some dishes to go. Boiled fish bowl, hot beer chowmein, Mandarin chicken, and beer. Just the best restaurant with lots of spice. Love it
