Northlake has been a must-do pizza establishment near the UDub. Same quality as I remember from school days. Wish I had time to throw back a pounder instead of just getting a pie to go. I'll be back when in area in future.

Gotta try the combination pizza. It's unforgettable. Great place to watch the Huskies game. Good beer and wine and great atmosphere.

We went to Northlake Tavern prior to the Huskies home game along with a bunch of other Husky fans that had the same idea. When you arrive to Northlake Tavern, the place is not much to admire. Its actually a Tavern, loacted just North of Lake Union. We were 18 deep but the line moved pretty fast. Living in Seattle... More

Laid back environment near Lake Washington for great pizza. We had the vegetarian pizza, which was fantastic with a delicious crust. The pepperoni pizza (garlic bread, mozzarella, and pepperoni) is quite delicious This restaurant also has a good beer selection. The service is good.

As far I know my Seattle History, this may well be Seattle's if-not oldest, certainly one of the oldest Pizza establishments in town. Before it was illegal my parents used to bring my sister and I here, and we would wait outside in the car while our parents went in and ordered a pizza to go. Kids weren't allowed in... More

I'm originally from NY, and eat very little to no pizza in the Pacific NW. I save my pizza experience for my visits home. A friend and I were out one evening in Seattle and she suggested stopping her for a bite to eat. The smallest size pizza was more than enough for two of us. She took home just... More

People come here to hang out with friends, enjoy a beer, and dig into thick house-made pizzas piled high with toppings. The pizzas are a messy treat. This place is tucked away in a nondescript building under the I-5 freeway bridge over the ship canal, near the university. Dark wood beams and angular mirrors and cartoon sketches of local scenes... Pizza is very well made with fresh ingredients and is more of a pie or cake than thin crust pizza. A large variety of beers are available and the location is frequented by locals, students and staff of the UW. Large Screen TV and Husky theme is throughout the location with tables, booths and a bar. The wait time for... More

I have a hard time understanding many of the reviews for this place. If you're looking for a dive pizza & beer joint in Seattle I guess this is for you. The decor is straight out of the 1970's and maybe the 80's. The pizza is just like you had a any american pizza place in the 70's-80's. But if... More

Just to say if you want that unique experience of what a top notch pizza is you have to go to the Northlake Tavern. I'm originally from Seattle but am living out of town now. But every time I come back, I go to the Northlake and I've been doing it for the last 40 years. The pizzas are thick... More
