I really wanted to like this restaurant, having been to Oaxaca many times. There were many things to like: the tortilla chips are homemade and quite good. The rice and beans are fine. The homemade corn tortillas are delicious. Service was fine. But the chile...More

We walked here from our hotel and had a delicious meal with our active 8 year old in tow. He also had a great time. I noticed how close it is to the Paramount Theater. This would be a fun place to come before a...More

Very nice little restaurant at the top of the hill on Queen Anne. Great atmosphere. You cannot go wrong with the Carne Asada meals. They prepare the best black bean refry. That is saying alot as I live in Texas. I highly recommend and eat...More

After reading the great reviews I had high hopes. Pros - pint size margarita, salsa bar Cons - the mole negro pork rib was very small, overlooked, and came with just rice. The rice was mushy. I think there were at most 8 bites of...More

We have come here a few times since it's close to us - each time we have been seated at the family style tables though they have separate tables. I love the decor - lots of cool memorabilia and photos from the region. The margaritas...More

I don't care what the rating is, if you consider yourself a foodie and don't know Mezcal and Oaxacan cuisine you HAVE to eat here. Otherwise just a great Mexican restaurant, the flavors you have never had are here. Come and get it! The mole...More
