Blueacre is the kind of place that you save on the list for special occasions. When you need to impress the boss. When you want to have a great date. When you need to have a tough business conversation. Blueacre is a spectacular seafood option that knows what it does well - things from the sea - and doesn't try... More

We had a wonderful dinner here tonight. Highly recommended by our concierge and we were pleased. We shared an order of mussels. They were outstanding. We both had the halibut with mushrooms. It was excellent as was the delicious corn side dish. Desserts sounded good but we had not left room for dessert. Can't wait to return.

Dined with hubby at Blueacre over the weekend. Really great experience! Food -- Really delicious. As we dined rather early (6:00pm), hubby opted to get a salad topped with grilled jumbo shrimp. I went retro and tried their potato-crusted fish and chips which came with vinegar fries and onion rings. A bread basket came with the meal so we were... More

Convenient location. Nice not walking down the hill to the water. Great service and food was excellent. Had salmon two different ways and both were excellent. Had reservations for later but walked by and they were able to seat us so check them out if they say they are booked.

Yum, I was hear in late August, then I had to come back 2 weeks later! The service is great, the oyster's so wonderful and many choices, the first time I want there was 7 different oyster's and the last time there were 5. They were fresh and tasty. Go and be impressed!

Walked out tonight after being disrespected as a solo patron. 5:45pm on a Wednesday, the dining area was half empty and they show me to a tiny table immediately in the path of everyone walking into the dining area. I asked for the adjacent booth - was told no, but I could have another booth around the corner. Around the... More

Just stopped in for the oyster happy hour after meetings downtown Seattle today. We were tired from a long day, so decided to stay for dinner. The menu was filled with too many great sounding choices, however I settled on the salmon for my entree and the Theresa salad. What the chef prepared was so much more than I expected!... More

A very pleasant place. Modern interior and good food. Focus is clearly on fish. It's not cheap though.

A complete lack of experience with raw oysters lead me to have a conversation with our very knowledgeable server. I quickly put my trust in him and ordered the suggested types. He was right and I so glad I tried. Our meal at Blueacre was fantastic from soup (or oysters) to nuts! An impressive menu made us very sorry that... More

Description
Centrally located in downtown Seattle, Blueacre is the quintessential American seafood restaurant drawing upon the vast array of wild seafood available from the United States coastal waters as well as carefully chosen sustainably-farmed freshwater species, oysters, clams and mussels. Blueacre Seafood will feature a full-service oyster bar and in addition to all things aquatic, farm-fresh meat, game, poultry, vegetables and artisanal cheeses. Brushed nickel accents, rich wood panels and warm leather booths reflect Blueacre's American seafood heritage. Classic handmade cocktails are shaken in a comfortable bar, well stocked with American spirits, craft beers on tap and an all-American wine list. Blueacre is Seattle's downtown seafood destination.
