We loved this place. Excellent service and excellent food. Our server was very sweet and helpful on selecting wine for our dinner. Husband and I shared the prosciutto appetizer (which I highly recommend - too much for one person). We both had a stuffed pasta - hubby had the lamb ravioli and I had a special eggplant stuffed pasta. Both... More

We tried to book a reservation somewhat last minute and none available. The called and had a cancellation and a party of five last minute. Truly a place you must experience as words really don't describe the reasonably priced food. Every disk was unique and delicious. You have to try the Tajarin al Ragu o Burro e Salvia (Fine hand... One of the bed Italian meals we have ever eaten was at Spinasse while visiting Seattle. A pleasant casual atmosphere with friendly service and delicious food, especially the freshly made pasta dishes. The pasta Bolognese is one of the best we've ever tried and not to be missed. We will definitely return when we next visit Seattle.

This restaurant specializes in the food of one of the great food and wine regions of that infamous boot-shaped country, Piemonte. Go for the egg pasta, tajarin, which is rare to find in the US. With the meat ragu and a good Barolo or Barbaresco from Piemonte, you don't need to get on a plane! As for wine, it had... More

We had a great time at Spinasse. We ate up at the counter, had a fun waiter. The only downside was it took a little too long for the next dish to come out. But the food was fantastic once we got it! Over all it was a fun evening. Would definitely go back.

This is a definite must visit. The pasta is great. The rabbit meatballs are the one thing I cannot forget, they were amazing! I had never had rabbit before but they had been recommended so I tried them. I would go back for those alone.

A birthday celebration so we did the "taste everything on the menu" option. A lot of food, but all excellent. Well worth the $100 for a 3 hour meal with friends. The wine list is expensive so the $20 corkage fee is worth it for a bottle of your own. Try the butter noodles - they are excellent.

We had a lovely meal at Spinasse this evening. Great food - we tried *almost* everything on the menu between the four of us and not one dish was disappointing. The wine list, as well, is unique with a focus on Piedmont region of Italy. Finally, the comfortable atmosphere and friendly, knowledgeable service made for a terrific family meal.

We happened upon this gem in a Google search for a restaurant during our visit to Seattle. Are we ever thrilled for our choice! Our waiter was attentive without being obtrusive, making recommendations and explaining menu options when a bit of clarity was needed. Menu was not extensive, but offered several choices for each meal course; all pastas are made... More

Started with the appetizers to share and just devine but the poached egg appy that I ordered as my secondi was out of this world. Our group had the salmon, the rabbit with polenta, the steak and the pasta ragu not sure who was happier. Oh and the gnocchi were the best my husband ever had. The manhattens and negroni's... More
