We were a large group visiting Seattle over the weekend. Looking to feel the famous atmosphere around the Seahawks we went to this place after asking some guys on the street for advice. We were a bit surprised to find that there weren't so many people there, but once the game started the atmosphere improved. Food was good but maybe... More

Yesterday, a group of my friends and I went to the Seahawks vs the Bears game. After the game, we wanted to go out and celebrate a Seahawks win. We had some friends say they were at the Hawk's Nest. When we got into the bar we got a couple drinks and sat right down. After a while, we wanted... More

I was visiting Seattle to take in a Mariners' game on a Saturday afternoon. Picked up our tickets from willcall and went looking to get some food and beer before the game. Decided on Hawk's Nest randomly; it's very close to Safeco Field and location matters! It's a sports bar in the classic sense. This is not a quiet, romantic... More

We were here for Super Bowl Sunday and I was pretty impressed with the place, plenty of tvs everywhere, and food/beer that didn't break the bank. Stopped in for beers before the big MNF game. Place was packed as expected. Great atmosphere, line up for bathrooms, had to drink on tiny patio next to all the smokers that are 5 ft from door but the waitress was fast and friendly. Met my expectations.

Unfortunately, I am not. It's a bar/pub so very little to offer for the wine lovers. Yes, I know, who goes to a pub for wine? That would be me. :-) I'm married to a beer drinker.

Get there early on game day. Limited menu, good drinks. Looking to save money on game day drinks are expensive at the stadium drinking before saves money.

All hail The Overlord! The chili here is awesome, goes great with a pint (or two) of beer!
