Even though it is a chain it is phenomenal. Service impeccable, quality to be replicated. Words can't alone describe the experience. I know quality food and restaurants. This is it. It was so pleasing I ate there twice in the same day. More than satisfied on both occasions.

This is an outstanding place to eat. 5 stars does not do it justice. Excellent host, lovely ambience, excellent value for money wine package (the Generous Pour) and perfectly cooked food. Cannot recommend it highly enough

The Capital Grille is conveniently located in downtown and a short walk from the major hotels in the area. The atmosphere is dignified and inviting. The staff had placed confetti and a birthday card on our table in honor of my birthday. After that, our server poured us champagne for a birthday toast. Our entrees of steak and lobster, as... More

The Capital Grille group of restaurants has done a good job of exporting their menu and ambiance across the country, without losing much. The location in Seattle hits the mark as well, with very good service staff - able to field questions and modifications with aplomb; a great kitchen; and an excellent room.

Frankly, the only reason I can't give this a 10/10 is because it's a fine dining chain (no, I'm not a snob, but, for example, I do understand that Michel Richard's Citronelle in DC was a 10 -- before it closed). With that said, this was an incredible graduation dinner for our daughter. The food was as good as we... More

After a long day of sight-seeing a good meal was much desired and Capital Grille did not disappoint. Service was great, got right in without a reservation. Large dining room. Everything prepared as ordered. The desserts were a little on the small side.

Took a couple of friends for dinner to celebrate our 15th Anniversary and decided to try the Capital Grille. Great choice as it offered a menu to please just about anyone. The food (we all had appetizers, soup, entree and dessert), was that of a great steak and seafood restaurant and did not disappoint. Our server Matthew was pleasant, professional,... More

We had a fantastic dinner at this establishment. The bone-in filet mignon was perfect and plenty for the two of us to share. We hadn't tried this cut previously. The tasting dessert plate was light and delicious and the service friendly and excellent. We sat at the bar which proved to be comfortable and convivial.
