Hidden away, great local family place. Greatly enjoyed the crispy rice bowl with salmon. Quiet. We would return

This little eatery in a side street of Magnolia provides much more interesting Asian food than many other Seattle places. Seafood pancake was very popular with my colleague at lunch; I had the donburi bowl with chicken, very good. Bowls are available served hot in a cast-iron pan, which makes the rice and vegetables crunchy and charred, very tasty. Reasonably priced. Vegetarians will do well here, and vegans will be accommodated. Parking is hard to find. Women eating alone here will be served well and unbothered.

I love this place. It's typical of a restaurant where the owners manage and cook. Everything is fresh and if you have a diatary issue they will do everything to accommodate you. It's my go to restaurant when I am in Magnolia.

It's too bad this restaurant isn't more visible in the village. Tucked away on Wheeler St., if you weren't looking for it, you wouldn't know it's there. The interior is small and unassuming, but don't let that put you off. The food is excellent. I ordered the sukiyaki beef entrée which comes with miso soup, salad with a nice lemony dressing, and rice. My sister and wife both ordered bibim bowls to which you can add a variety of ingredients for nominal price increases. Whatever service issues they had when the restaurant first opened, there were none on our visit. Staff was very friendly and helpful, including introducing my sister to the proper method for mixing the ingredients in her bibim bowl. Prices, including wine and beer, are very reasonable for the quality of the offerings. We're looking forward to coming back.

This intimate eatery is hidden in a side street in Magnolia's business district. The pan Asian menu offers dishes from several Asian cultures. We had lunch there last week. The food was well prepared and the service was excellent.

The small restaurant is in the Magnolia Village in sort of a out of the way location but their food is anything but small. Very flavorful dishes such as the Donburi Bowl or the Bibim Bowl. Both of these are very tasty and around $9.00 so a good value as well. The Sukiyaki entree is a winner as well with Sukiyaki beef served with greens, rice, miso soup, and pickled veggies. Top it all off with a friendly staff and clean location and you have a winner. They also have take-out for those in a hurry.

Are you looking for a good place that serves Bi Bim Bop ? Good Katsu ? Great service ? Then this is a nice family business that has good food , nice service , and is clean with a Menu that is diverse enough that you have a few choices in a limited neighborhood. It's located on a one way street which is next to the garden nursery. Support this local place , its fresh & tasty .

We went to Mura for lunch and will definitely return. The prices were very reasonable, the portion size was perfect, service was excellent. My husband had a skillet and he loved it and I had a bowl which was equally good. It'/ a little difficult to find but well worth the effort.

Tucked into an alley next to Magnolia Garden Center is a new Asian bistro. Emphasis is on Korean (Kimchi) but the menu offers many familiar Asian dishes. I have developed an addiction to the scallion pancake. The miso soup is the best I have had, anywhere. The salmon is perfectly cooked, baby ribs delicious. Owned & operated by a husband & wife, service is first-rate, as is the food! Clean, simple wonderful food. It's worth the effort to seek out this little gem in Magnolia!

The food is always exceptional!!! So flavorful! The service is ALWAYS terrible. They are trying but they only have one waitress (only one taking orders, there is another there to clean tables and deliver food).....it is not a huge place but TOOO big for one waitress!

A relatively new restaurant in the neighbor hood. The food was excellent. We had Japanese fried chicken and other appetizers. Very good. We shared a dish of short ribs, spicy pork. All very good. Comes with miso soup and salad. The only issues was they were short of help and the service was slow. The dirty dishes sat on our table until we were ready to leave. I'll definitely go again. I think they're working out opening issues.
