I ordered the pineapple fried rice and was really delighted with the taste and portion size. I took home enough leftovers to eat for lunch the next day and it was just as tasty after a warm up. The service was great and the price...was reasonable.More
I was really impressed they were able to accommodate our group and gave us 12 of us our own private dinning area and severed us a 7 course meal that was outstanding I would recommend this place to anyone that likes spicy food that's not...to over bearing.More
Really a nice surprise in Skagway. Good food and nice service. I would have given it five-stars, but my friend, who is Thai, said it wasn't quite as authentic as expected, but still very good, and sizeable portions, too.
Starfire obviously has a great local...reputation because lunch-hour was full, and I don't think everyone was from the cruise ships. And had it been a tad warmer, we would have enjoyed having lunch on the patio in the back
I do recommend it. As mentioned earlier, it was a very nice surprise, and we would definitely visit again if travels were to take us to Skagway on a future trip.More
Best Pad Thai and Curry I’ve ever had! I used to work in Skagway seasonally, but live somewhere else now. I went back recently for a social visit. I’ve been here several times and it’s too bad I have to go all the way to...Alaska to find awesome Thai food. Service is always excellent and friendly. Portions are also very generous, too! I usually have to share with someone or take leftovers home.More
I am not a huge fan of Thai food, but I love eating here because of the coconut shrimp. It is the best I have ever had. The shrimp are sweet and bursting with coconut flavor. It comes with a sweet and sour dipping sauce...which is very good. I also order the crab rangoon to accompany the coconut shrimp. The crab rangoon also has a dipping sauce, sambal aioli sauce, which has a nice kick but not too much.More
