I went there with a friend. I was disappointed with the quality. Because the atmosphere is very "art deco", it has a hype feel about it that can mislead you. Well be warned, although service is pretty good, the quality of the food is decent but not at all if you take price into consideration. When the bill came for... More

Whilst in Morlaix I spotted this classical high ceilinged restaurant. Normally I would have gone here for a traditional French meal but in this instance I was on my own and just wanted something to eat. It was superb, in all aspects, staff , service and quality of food. Don't miss this one, well worth a visit.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our son wolfed down his pan fried pollock and frites! His only compliant was that there were too many chips! He's only 4. He loved his ice cream chicken and cow with sweets put in by staff. Steak was perfect and sauces that accompanied were delicious. The place was rammed full of locals and... More

Certificate of excellence??? I think not!! There were four of us, and we all had the starter of Crevettes - 5 tiny prawns in butter. Shocking for 6.5 euros. Then we had entrecote steak - fatty, mainly gristle, inedible. I simply could not eat it and had to argue with the chef who insisted that entrecote steaks have a 'little'... More

Stopped for a simple lunch at this French bistro on the side of the square in Morlaix. Nice outdoor terrace and great view of the flower trimmed bandstand and towering viaduct. Delicious moules and frites!

Stopped in here for lunch with our two daughters (6 and 2) and were very pleased with the service. Food was good. Kids menu was appreciated. Their pasta carbonara was delicious. We tried the moules which were also good. Friendly and helpful waiters and nice atmosphere.

No scallops, no lobster, subpar oysters, average fish of the day - pollack! At least the wine was acceptable. Try your luck elsewhere.

This is the sort of bistro type, cafe type, restaurant type establishment that I specifically go to France to eat and drink in, and especially lounge around in to watch the world go by. It is lively, buzzy, and fun to be in. The staff are first rate and well informed, in that, they really know their way around the... More

We were very happy to arrive in this restaurant. The location has so much character and the food looked good. I love Coquilles St Jacques and always like to try them when I am in Brittany. I know they are an expensive product and did not expect a dozen on my plate but two sliced finely served with rice for... More

Stopped here for lunch. Excellent service, friendly staff and great food. I had an omelette which was perfectly cooked and very tasty. There is a lovely atmosphere and the room is beautifully decorated (very Parissiene). I have eaten at this restaurant many times and have never been disappointed.
