The guests can enjoy the view of the sea from a cosy 80-seat pub on the first floor or from a 40-seat restaurant on the second floor, plus in summer from the restaurant terrace, the pub terrace and a truly unique Beach Terrace reaching to the very edge of the water with 170 seats in total. Menus of the whole house pay great attention to local fish, and there is always a place for smoked plaice, straight from the oven!

Great cozy atmosphere!

Although we just had coffee and cherry cake I really liked the atmosphere and decor of this place. It is shaped like a boat and has beautiful views of the water. The staff is friendly and the cherry cake was very good!

Unsure of the waitress being either very forgetful or just new on the job. My espresso-macciato turned out to be just espresso with milk on the side and I never got my orange juice. But other than that the service was polite. The food was great, mainly fish. And the desserts were very fun and refreshing! As I gathered, they... More

Boat, or Turned Boat as local say, is a legendary place and one of the favourite’s on seashore. It is worth to drive 20 minutes form city centre for undoubtedly picturesque panorama, wide terrace and sea aroma. That’s it. Frankly saying, no more reasons to ride here. Nevertheless, every time I ruin my own wows and go again, eat again... More

This is one of the few places around Tallinn bay allowing for beatiful views to Tallinn old town. The operator has changed every now and then and there is an eternal hope amongst locals that some day this stunning location turns into a decent restaurant. In 2015, there finally are some improvements in terms of food. The kitchen prepares decent... More

Really cool setting if you reserve a seat for outside. We watched the sunset on the bay while eating creative and delicious food. My local Estonian friend took us to this restaurant on the East side of the bay. The restaurant looks like an overturned boat, but don't let the gimmicky appearance fool you about the quality of the food.... More

I have been in Paat several times, since the seaview is awsome to enjoy a nice summer day. And for this reason I have turned a blind eye to the average food and pathetic service. But today was the last drop. We booked a table in advance, but when we arrived nobody seemed too bothered to attend us. One of... More

Very good food. Service was really quick and friendly, maybe due to the fact we sat right beside the bar. Its not our first visit and we will come back again. We have ordered a chicken breast stuffed with truffles and something else and risotto with mushrooms and truffles, both were delicious. As a dessert goat cheesecake(bot a cheesecake in... More
