Seated right away, server came over took drink orders and dropped menu's. Server was great, constantly checking on us, and brought everything we asked for. Food again, was fantastic thin crust pizza with red peppers, was phenomenal.

So me, my wife and 9 other friends showed up to eat, drink, and celebrate a birthday. We called ahead and showed up at about 5:30. To make a long story short, the appetizer we ordered (mozzarella sticks) took about 20-30 min to arrive, and...was overcooked. We then ordered our meal...a Philly Cheese Steak sandwich and fries. After waiting for an hour for the sandwich to show up (while all of the other meals had been delivered to our friends), I asked about the sandwich. Our server checked and told me it would take a little longer because they were busy. Typical response although all the other food had shown up to the table. After another 15 minutes, I asked our server for an update. Another server (Sarah, short with long blonde hair) who had nothing to do with our group, turned to me and yelled for me to SHUT THE F UP! Obviously in shock, I replied "Excuse me?" She said I was being rude. I was not being rude at all, just gave a friendly reminder to the server that we were still waiting on our sandwich. The owner comes out and asks me what he can do to correct the situation. I asked that Sarah apologize to me for telling me to shut the " F"up. He said that would not happen. Complete unprofessionalism at its finest! We know 11 of us that will NEVER be back. We also know several other people that will most likely not be going there any longer, as well. It's just a shame that the owner did absolutely nothing to "fix" the issue other than comping a $10 sandwich from a $45 check.More

Went, got seared right away, by a friendly server. Waitress took drink order right away. Came back to food order, and checked on a number of times, she awesome. Food came out , dinner salads were huge, could have shared. Order pizza and by our...fault order original crust, usually order thin crust, but this pizza was great. The family special rolls, salad and a medium pizza $19 are you kidding me. Great place, a must for pizza.More

We were in town for the State Track Meet, we needed pasta for the runners and Michael at Pisano's came through for us!!! We needed food for 30 people about 9:30pm, about 30 minutes from his restaurant. He offered to deliver, free of charge! The...food was delicious!!! We could not have survived without Michael's help. He was great! I highly recommend this place, the service and food are great!!!More

I order from this place online..they didn't have my door number so i called to give it to them and was hung up on..called back and no one answered..waited a few minutes and called back..was put on hold again..by that time the delivery person called...me and i gave her room number..she got there and couldn't take card payment so i called the restaurant again and was put on hold for over 4 or 5 minutes..finally the delivery person called and got someone on the phone so i could pay..i had to touch her phone with no social distancing...was very pissed..never will order from this place again..More

Pizza was awesome. Service was good. Not too many wearing mask. Beer was good and cold. Wait time was quick for a sat nite

I've been coming here since Pisano's opened when it was a different owner and management. I've introduced many people to it and watched good employees go due bad owner decisions. Now it's my time to go. The quality of food has fell to average with...the same price and now no beer specials at all on weekends. Hate to break it to you Pisano's, but many of us work and have family obligations that we can't drink during the week. We looked forward to coming in then. But just like past owners short cuts, low quality, bad treatment to good employees has emerged again. It was good while it lasted.More

Thank God the food was good. Took awhile for server to come over to order drinks. Has to ask for refills, had to ask for napkins, had to ask for bill. Food took an unusual amount of time to come out. Two dinners were order...both should have come with a salad and bread.....nothing. Again, the food was awesome the pizza was exceptional, lasagna real good, stuffed shells very good. Place wasn't busy, hopefully an off night.More

I recently had take out pizza from this Italian restaurant in Kennesaw. I had the Mediterranean Greek pizza. I am a pizza lover and this was a good pizza. Based on this pizza I feel confident that they all would be good because this wasn't...my regular go to in a pizza and his was done right. The crust was nice and crispy, perfect. The toppings were all fresh and the right amount of tomato, spinach, black olives and onions. I would order again and looking forward to having a meal at the restaurant.More

Great Pizza Joint. Awesome menu with lots of choices. Cheese sticks were litely breaded and very tasty. Had the meat pizza, it was cheesy with a great crust. Wife had chicken Parmesan that was excellently prepared. Kenzie, was great and took very good care of...us.More

We got the Family Pizza Dinner with 2 Caesar Salads, which were good but just a tad on the dry side. The Garlic Rolls were large and super doughy, as though they weren't quite cooked through all the way. But they were still tasty, especially...with the marinara dip. I was disappointed and dismayed that our pizza arrived before we had a chance to finish our salads and garlic rolls. We've experienced this before, in other restaurants. Folks, timing is everything. I don't know why it's so hard for restaurants to understand that patrons like to finish appetizers before the entree arrives. Why would we want to have everything on our table at the same time? No one likes to be rushed, especially while eating. The pizza is very good. We're certainly fans of the food they serve. We'll be back.More

Meatballs were not really great, nor was the chicken parm.The rolls were pretty good with lots of garlic butter. Sauce was just average.
