Stilesboro Buscuits is built in an old gas station and it has that small town family atmosphere. The biscuits are the best that I have had in the metro Atlanta area with lots of option for filling. My favorite is bacon, egg & cheese. Also...do miss the cinnamon rolls. They are fantastic but very rich, get one and shareMore

Don't blink as you drive down the road looking for this little out of the way place. It's a little dumpy looking, and I wouldn't have considered it if a friend had not highly recommended the biscuits. The worker bees are all smiling pleasant faces...and they made me feel welcome. I ordered a smoked sausage biscuit with egg and cheese. While I waited for the reason for my visit, I poured coffee and found an orange juice in the display fridge. Very small place. Twenty diners might upset the fire marshall. My meal was delicious. The biscuit was almost hot, and the smoked sausage was sliced lengthwise, making for several big mouthfuls. Quite tasty. I was a tad disappointed by the slightly bitter self-serve coffee. It was about 10:30 AM and the place wasn't due to close for another hour. All carafes had at least a slightly bitter aroma, but I was in a rush, so perhaps next time. Reminded me of old-time gas station coffee. All in all, I'm happy for the experience. Until the next time, then . . .More

I work at the fire station right across the street. And, whenever we don't have time to cook, we come over here for breakfast. This is a cool local spot for fantastic food. They have incredible, big fluffy biscuits. But, in my opinion you come...here for the cinnamon rolls. They have a hint of orange flavoring, and are covered in the icing, so much that the only word to describe it is...yummy!More

This is a hole in the wall breakfast place open Wednesday through Saturday that serves the perfect biscuit with you choice of meats, eggs and cheese. The biscuit will cost between $4 and $5 but it is worth it. The place offers takeout or dine...in but dining may be communal because there are about 5 tables indoors.More

Looks like a "hole in the wall" joint, but is first class with biscuits!! Only serves breakfast from 7-11:30 so get up and get going. Go to the counter and order. I generally take out as they only have a few tables and there is...normally a line. Great place to stop on the way to the the Kennesaw National Battlefield, and it will fuel you up for the mountain climb!!More

What a cool hole-in-the-wall place to have breakfast! We had been recommended to eat here but were a little apprehensive upon driving up. However, these were some of the softest biscuits we have ever eaten! We will definitely be coming back when we are in...town again.More

I had heard about this place and decided to roll over today on my two wheel machine and check it out. Some things you might want to know about this biscuit paradise; First, this place only serves breakfast from 7-11:30 and it is a go...to the counter and order kind of place, secondly, it is in a very small historic building, so expect to stand in line to get served, and expect to wait for a table, they only have about 6 tables in the place and last but not least, enjoy a good biscuit! Located just down the road from Kennesaw National Battlefield, it is definitely off the beaten path.More

I've been going to Stilesboro biscuits for years and consistently rate them top at providing authentic Southern Biscuits. My goto favorite is the Chicken Biscuit but the Biscuits & Gravy are fantastic and the Red Hot biscuit is phenomenal. This folksy little place will put...a smile on your face, especially when the old codgers are playing blue grass on special Saturdays. This out-of-the-way little biscuit house is worth the effort, if you're planning a hike at nearby Kennesaw Mountain, stop by and get some energy first.More

If you love biscuits like I do be sure to check this place out! The place is tiny to say the least. Although it's tiny in size it's big in taste. I had he chicken biscuit with cheese. The biscuit was light and fluffy and...the chicken was moist and perfectly seasoned. I got a side of gravy for dipping and it was the icing on the cake. So flavorful. Upon arrival I had to wait a couple minutes to park and there was a line to order. Nevertheless this tiny gem was a well oiled machine and moves faster than chick-fil-a. If you're in the area or even a little off the beaten path give this place a shot you won't regret it.More
