Worst seafood. Fried and greasy. Looking at the level of cleanliness I was afraid to eat raw oysters.

I had the option of eating here for seafood or over at Buffalo's Cafe for their buffet night. I was REALLY hesitant on stopping here as it has been man years since I ate here, at the old grease pit that burned down back in the day. Back then the place was a pit, cigarette smoke and horrible odor. I... More

We were seated then forgotten about, so I order at the counter. The coffee was a 10 out of 10. I had vegetarian nachos with salsa - it was cold when it came out and the so called salsa was a sauce so tangy and sweet it made for a horrid meal. When I told the wait staff that it... More

Oyster Cafe has been in business for at least 25 to 30 years. They moved several years ago a few hundred yards from where the original restaurant was located. Specializing in sea food, the fare is varied and reasonably priced for the quality and size of order.. My favorite is the fried shrimp/scallop dish. The extra large shrimp and sea... More

I have had the pleasure of eating at the Oaster Cafee many times in the past, even in the old building. The newer building and location remains wonderful. I'm not sure where they get their shrimp, but it is forever wonderful. To survive in the Atlanta resturant market is a feet. The Oyster Cafee does and has done it well!

What is not to like about giant shrimp cooked to order? We like both the fried and grilled shrimp. We have tried other menu items, but the portion sizes are so big, you might consider sharing an entrée and getting a small order of fried shrimp only if you need more. Always full when leaving here and never have we... More

We first found the Oyster Cafe 4 or 5 years ago while visiting in the area. First experiences were outstanding. Last few not so. When we first started eating here the oysters were always cold and plump. Our last two visits the oysters were either not cold or were too small and not at all salty. Prior to that an... More

Oyster Cafe has a fairly limited menu. However, everything on it is outstanding. When my Wife and I are hungry for Fried shrimp, we come here and share a Dozen Shrimp Platter, with a salad and french fries. The service is fast and efficient, and the prices are quite reasonable. We don't eat Oysters ourselves, but looking around the restaurant,... More

The inside of this location is very boring. NOTHING on the walls. Huge open space, waiters and bartender just standing behind the bar talking. Smelled of cleaner and fried fish as we walked in. Should have left then. My salmon didn't taste very good. My husbands fried bite of a fried oyster and spit in his napkin. It had a... More

Great seafood. Oyster special was perfect. The fish was very good. My wife got the ribeye and she said it was average. Our son is 10 and he enjoyed it. The service was great.
