I went there twice during my business trip. One for degustation dinner, which was terrific. High quality food with excellent service in an old villa with nice park surroundings. After the dinner I found out we were there more like double the time I expected...because the time went so fast. This would definitelly be a michelin star experience in France. LOVE TO COME BACKMore
I think the best restaurant i Made in republic tchèque. I love the décoration and the dishes of the dinner room and it was so good we décided to return today for lunch and im fall in love of the lunch room with a big...beautiful view !! The most important is of course the plate which are very very good and raffined! And the personnal was very very Friendly! I recommended It a 100% and enjoy you mealMore
It is difficult to rate such restaurant, because it is good (maybe best in town), but it ought to be better, something extra (which is missing at the moment). The concept is absolutely top notch, BUT it is run to cater mediorcracy, or let's call...it honestly "local market" and buying power. That means a lot of compromises in order to generate profit. Whether this is sustainable only time will tell. So far the big loss was the chef Samsonek left. The successor doesn't have "it" (sorry). Good craftsman, but missing talent. Also it seems the wine-pairings are less inventive after original sommelier left. What a shame. Business lunches are usually "best buy". Good luck anyways, we'll keep an eye on you ;-)More
La villa would belong to top restaurants even if it is located in Prague. In Zlin it is a true miracle. My only recommendation would be to improve accoustic parametrs of the restaurant, when it is full of people, one does not hear the conversation...even at the same table so well. Everything else is amazing.More
Travelling in Zlin region, we found our brief visit to La Villa restaurant an exciting experience. Innovative cuisine combined with tasteful reconstruction of this architectural gem is unique to any local or foreign visitor. I had the honor to visit this restaurant while on my business trip. My overall experience of the place was fantastic. We had lunch on the outside terrace within the garden, staff was very nice and food excellent !!!
We was there in Marc 2018 and the food was fantastic. The waiters was aslo fantastic and gave us very good service. For each dish they served us they explained what they served us. The wine list was also good. I highly recommend this place.
