The food was really good! Home cooking…we loved it….specially the garlic soup…and duck was great. Love the place and u cant miss the Chef …asap I have trip around must stop…reservation needed…just love the authentic experience….higly recomended 😍

I would gladly recommend this restaurant. You shouldn’t miss it while your travelling through South Bohemia. Beautifull place with special vibe, very nice and friendly staff, interesting menu with improved classic czech meals. We have tried czech specials “svíčková” and “koprovka”, both delicious! Thank you for amazing ending of our vacation🩷

Really special food

Truly great and special food. Menus always differ because only fresh and seasonal products are used. Very nice staff and great homemade lemonade. Love the open kitchen concept. But be aware that this restaurant is fully booked most of the time, so if you want to try to book in advance, although they try to keep open some tables for unforseen travelers.

Best restaurant in South Bohemia. Place with a character. Outstanding service, fantastic food based on traditional cuisine, with a lot of local specials. I highly recommend this place.

Little gem in the south

I visited that place for a lunch based on recommendation. Place is very nice, service excelent, friendly and professional staff. The food was excellent, all from the local sources. Restaurant was full, but we did not wait for long. It is better to book the table in advance, esp. during weekend. Fully recommended.

Great place to eat

I had lunch there today. It is located on main road to Pisek or Strakonice. Parking lot has at least 20 spaces. They are open for lunch only at this time. Menu is changing every day and can be viewed on their website. Soup was great and taste like homemade. Main course tasted great as well. Staff was friendly and helpful. No credit cards accepted only cash at time of my visit. I was informed that credit cards will be accepted soon.
