Lack of consistency

I was twice here, once with my colleague for a business lunch, the quality of food and nice and humble service surprised me so much that I decided to go there for my birthday lunch... Both times I had chilli soup which was excellent, once we asked for garlic baguette, the second time I didn't want it and go regular rolls which I did not ask for however was charged for it. As a main dish I got ribs which were good, my husband's steak was not so special, kids got pork sirloin with potato gratin and creamy spinach- we wanted to split the regular plate to two kid plates- and were charged for it! as they state in the menu15 CZK/.We asked for 3 desserts and waited more than 30 minutes for them even we said to the waiter we needed to leave fast... When we asked the second time where the dessert is, we were told in very rude way that he told us that soufflé's takes around 20 minutes and that we should have seen it in the menu. The soufflé with the other two desserts could have taken 15 minutes to be served, but soufflé itself needs around 8minutes... Carrot cake dry and almost no carrot in it, soufflé was nice and creme brullee was from the professional carton box I bet it wasn't home made. The rude server was the same who served us when on a business lunch with my colleague. Even the food quality is very good because of lack of consistency I wouldn't drive 60 km again to receive such a miserable service.

Great Birthday dinner

We did go to Racineves but endemit in Kralupy - excelent food (steak, liver, ribbs), perfect service. Thank you specialy to Martin he created beautiful evening for me and my family. Martin you will be missed in Racineves. You are the best! Please come back to Racineves!!!

Surprisingly good

This is a very good place to eat, better than your average side of the highway steakhouse. The food was great, vegetables we're fresh, service was professional, and prices were good.

The worst waitress

V jidle byl vlas, bohuzel servirka ani se neomluvila. Reakce byla pouze: neni to muj. NEDOPORUCUJI! So in the end before we left the waitress saw this review, came to our table and started to speak with us in very aggressive way. We were surprised, we never saw something like this. I came to the manager (btw very nice and polite guy) and I found out that unfortunately the waitress Natalie lied to him that she apologized. He invited Natalie to come and repeat it in front of us. I was really shoked what she said: "I apologized and I didn't say that it's not mine". She is looking to my eyes and keep lying in front of her manager!!! Very poor customer service, I am still shocked and very very upset. So nice atmosphere and tasty food, but this place doesn't exist for us anymore and I will not recommend it to anyone because of only one unprofessional worker there. It's a shame. I feel sorry for the owner to have a staff like this.

Dear Indi Must, firstly, thank you very much for your feedback, we always appreciate it as it helps us to get better and improve our quality. I can't assess the situation, but I spoked with the main waiter of shift, who dealt with you and I heard a slightly different version of the situation than you described. There was no hair in the meal, but the CHILLI STRINGS, which we use as a decoration on rice - everything was explained you and shown you in the kitchen. And I can’t see following problem with waitress, which you describe in review. Everything discussed around a hair in meal, but that wasn't there!!!!! Our restaurant is renowned for very good service - you can see on reviews and especially with satisfied customers. Good steak, odd location, fair prices.

I was advised by friends to order my steak (filet) med-rare to receive a medium one. It arrived closer to med-well but was delicious and the meat quality compared to better steakhouses I’ve been to, North America or otherwise. The ambiance was different but not off putting. Close to a highway with plenty of outside seating spaces. Half of the restaurant was newly built, bathrooms were spotless and service very good. 3-4 different waiters served our group of 4 throughout the evening which was neither a plus or minus in my book that evening. My meal consisted of Caesar salad, Filet Mignon with sides (all good) and desert. Three non-alcoholic drinks as well. Cost incl tip: CZK800. I will return when I will be able to sit outside for a steak directly from the outside bbq. 8/10 experience for me.

Doesn’t take offence, doesn’t enthuse !

After all nice feedbacks I decided to visit this pub. What a disillusion 😢 Not a fine dining, not a great food but you can eat fine, you will get quite big portion, you will be served by friendly people. What is the minus: location (in the middle of nowhere) and the omnipresent noise.

We came here because of the recommendation from our friends...And it was worth it...friendly and helpfull staff fluent in english. I like the fact that hey have a english menu + big free parking. They have a good steak for resonable price!

Way to go! My best recommendation!

Great ribeye steak! Food is generally excellent for reasonable price. If you are on the way or you are simply hungry, this is definitely place to go.

Awfull. Chili soup was cold, salad just placed vegetables on the plate in a row (!) with a bit of cold pieces of dry chicken and dressing. Cheeseburger just huge bun with hardly any meat inside. Never again.

Just had a fantastic Ribeye steak, pilsner and latte. Faultless with rapid service after a long day at the regatta.I think I'll book for tomorrow too..need I say more!
