Stopped by on a whim and loved this little place. The gentleman who owns the place sits and creates the tastiest crepes with fresh ingredients as you sit and wait. Le Barn is a quaint place which holds many interesting artifacts (including the owners deep sea diving equipment), and he tells many interesting and funny stories, including how he met... More

Had two meals here, sampling both savory and sweet crepes and both were the best non-seafood food we had in Alaska. The chef and his spouse are delightful and fun.

Delicious crepes, engaging cook, Yvon (Belgian) and his wife, Janet. Just delicious with a great atmosphere. We ate there twice for dinner and breakfast the next day. Both meals were wonderful.

We vacation in the area every summer. I like to find different things to do and different. Restaurants to try. I found this little place last year but couldn't work our schedule to fit in a meal here. This year I planned our schedule around breakfast here one morning. We tried 4 different creeps between us, and loved each one... More

Visited last August of 2015, and wasn't impressed with this restaurant. It was unique, and loge-like in appearance which was cool Wifi was difficult to access, and had to go outside to use my cell phone. Food was average, and service remarkably slow , and staff unfriendly. This restaurant had a fabulous reputation over the years, so I was disappointed.... More

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Le Barn Appetit for crepes. The crepes were excellent and the owners are really interesting people. Loved the time spent there!

We love the crepes and the excellent owners Yvon and Janet. As my previous review says from last year do NOT go here if you are in a hurry, crepes are made one at a time and there is lots of comedic banter. It's worth the time spent and 8-15.50 per crepe. I love the reindeer sausage savory crepe and... More

Having delicious crepes made by the owner right in the dining room and listening to his interesting stories is a must have and a unique experience. We have been here twice in our two trips to Seward and would highly recommend this to everyone visiting the area. Definitely a one of a kind breakfast place!

This small restaurant had lots of charm in addition to delicious crepes. It is owned and operated by the cutest couple. The husband cooks the crepes in the dining area while talking to guests. The wife waits on tables. It was highly recommended to us and we would highly recommend it to you. The crepes were huge and we shared.

Thank dukellis
