Red's is a red bus that serves fantastic burgers, fries and shakes. One of the few places where you can sit outside to eat in Seward but if it is raining you can sit in the yellow school bus.

My husband and I stopped in for a burger & fries on our way out for the day. I opted for an elk burger with fries, as did my husband. It wasn't busy when we stopped in but still took a bit, so the meal was definitely freshly prepared! The fries were great, and the burger, though not as juicy... More

I love the irony that an Alaskan town with a long, rich seafood history has a place like Red's cranking out massive, delicious burgers to the hungry masses. With the bay and snow-capped mountains in sight, eating one of these on a sunny Seward summer day makes me hum "Cheeseburger in Paradise" to myself. Be warned, everything at Red's is... More

DELICIOUS BURGERS. With interesting meat options. Fries and onion rings are awesome! I didn't find the garlic fries that great - would recommend regular. This place was so good we ate here twice in four days.

Red's was recommended by several locals for a good simple delicious meal. We ordered the Red burger and a mushroom Swiss burger, with milkshakes for all of us. Look to pay about $15 per burger, which comes with delicious fries. That seems to be the standard price in Alaska. Cash only. It was a long wait but it was worth it,... More

The good was ok. The service was a little slow. The eating area was nice and clean and the condiments were clean and filled. The fries had potential with the ingredients but the preparation was off. It's cash only so be ready to fork over your greenbacks. I'd put this one on my "if we can't find anywhere else and... More

Red's place is one you must go to. They have the best burgers hands down. They also have wild game burgers for those with a bit of adventure in them. Make sure you eat in the converted school bus. So much fun and GREAT food

We heard about this place from a staff member at Sunny Cove Sea Kayaking. I'm glad she recommended it since we had a great time eating here! The burgers were delicious and it was a lot of fun to sit on the bus while eating. I recommend eating here if you can while in Seward!
