The gelato tastes incredible but the price is insanely high. I took my family here on a nice cool day and our gelato was melting all over our hands before we could make it to the door to leave. The cups they use are far...too small for the serving sizes. Since there are no dining tables in the shop you have to take it with you, and that's fine. I ended up with a 3rd of it all over my hands and shoes in a minute, as I was unable to wolf it down as it began to melt. Much of the gelato was hanging over the sides of the packed cup. I'm not complaining about the quantity. They just really need to rethink the size of the cups.More

The salted caramel ice cream was amazing!! Its also very close to the water and a wonderful walk along the bay while eating icecream.

This cute shop is right across from SeaLife Center, and it smells so good when you go in! They have chocolates, fudge, and the best gelato! We went back twice. :-) If you get the medium or large size cups or the waffle cones, you...can pick two flavors of gelato. The chocolate hazelnut is delicious!More

This was really one of the best stops we made during our time in all of Alaska, granted, I have a bit of a sweet tooth. The Gelato is about as good as I've ever had, and I grew up in NJ and live in...CT. The chocolate sorbet literally blew my mind, as I try to limit dairy and it is so difficult to make a good dairy free frozen dessert but this was off the charts! We had a number of different chocolates, all of which were amazing and my wife loved the taffy. We even got a kombucha and a bubble tea, which were both soooo good. My wife loves bubble tea and is a bit of a snob and this version passed with flying colors. We met the chocolatier (my own invented title, not sure if he calls himself that) and he was happy to see us 2 days in a row, but we even stopped in for a third since it was so good.More

We had just had some lunch down the way and were hankering for something sweet and heard that "Sweet Darlings" was great place to stop. There were so many delicious options, but we settled on some Gelato. Great selection of flavors and they let you...sample them too! They had coffee, various candies and chocolate goodies, so if you need to get sugared up before heading out and enjoy good service, this is the place to stop!More

Hands down some of the best gelato ever! Lots of traditional and unique flavors, many of which changed daily (we know this because we visited 3 days in a row. Yes, it’s that good.) Lots of dairy-free options, all of which are fruit flavors. My...sister and I are hardcore chocolate lovers, but we were too busy enjoying gelato to try anything from the huge assortment of homemade chocolates. Plenty of other candy too, enough to satisfy any sweet-tooth.More

My husband and I enjoyed a fantastic gelato (maybe the best I have ever had) while visiting Seward recently. I had the Midnight Mint that was incredible and my husband had the coffee gelato. The staff were super friendly and the shop had other sweets...(fudge, homemade chocolates, small gifts, etc.) as well as gelato for sale. The location is not at the waterfront near the boats but it is near the Seward Sealife Center on 4th Avenue. Tip - The shopping is better on this street (4th Ave.) than at the waterfront near the boat harbor.More

Stopped in here after visiting the Sealife Center. The cafe is decorated in old style. There was a reasonable line but it moved quickly. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I had a gelato cup with coffee and pistachio flavors.

Cute old fashioned decor. Very friendly service. The waffle cone gelato we had was excellent. If we were locals we would be regulars.
