We've had a dinner at this venue and it was not at all up to the expectations. The prices are on the high side and they are bit backed up by fantastic food or service. The ambient is very nice and the terrace is beautiful. The waiters are trying yo be at the level, but they are very young and... More

I was so disappointed with everything especially with the service. Food was; oysters very good - but the main dishes were catastrophe. But you pay like it was the best ever. Never ever again.

Arrived here after it was recommended and ordered the seafood platter with lobster, although the food was nice we paid an extra 150 kuna (about £15) for lobster and were given a very very tiny amount. Everything tasted great however we have just woken up this morning with two members of our family with food poisoning and it was the... More

There are 3-4 restaurants in Mali Ston and Bota is considered and listed as the best and most expensive. Bota actually is the most expensive and from the first look it is justified - located in round ceiling 500+ years old salt storage building associated with surrounding Ston walls (longest after the Great Wall of China). The building itself is... More

Ate here after walking from Ston on the walls. Super staff and food with a lovely location. Only gripe was the slow service but it came with a smile

We were absolutely astonished by the (unexpected) top notch quality of locally grown oysters. These oysters are by far better than anything we tried in France and Spain. (Not very large in size they are meaty but subtle, salty to the right degree with a well pronounced perfect taste unique for this type. Definitely worth a visit for oyster lovers.

We had a very pleasant evening at this restaurant recently. The food was very good and the service very attentive. its a lovely setting on the harbour as all the restaurants in Mali Ston are. would recommend even though there have been mixed reviews recently. This restaurant was recommended by a Croatian local who told us to ignore Trip Adviser.

Superb! Highly recommend. Some of the best local and fresh seafood. Service was impeccable. Would go again and again. Try the local fish and shellfish.

Our tour group stopped here for lunch and had a pen enjoyable lunch. Service was fast but never rushed. The raw oysters were fresh and tasty as was the tuna and Swiss chard/potato entree. The portions were large. Dessert was an apple cake. Good seating available both indoors and outdoors. Very clean washrooms.

I tried recommended Ston risoto, but I got overcooked rise with seafood in traces. Not mentioning a bad shell. Possibly a bad luck, but the chef should have noticed the smell before serving it.
