Definitely the old Hawaii feeling but very charming. Excellent location with oceanfront mai tai bar and lounge. Great salt water lagoon, reasonable parking/room rates.

This is a grand older hotel right on the water. Open air lobby, restaraunt and bar.We had dinner on the water with tiki torches. The food was great. The athmosphere even better.
Located in Kailua-Kona near shopping and restaurants. The grounds are well kept. The hotel is comfortable but could use some renovation.
We had the breakfast buffet for the entire week. It was very good and had lots of things to choose from. The staff was great and kept the place clean.

Have stayed at this property 6 times, since 1999. Love the staff, great buffet breakfast! But, the place is getting shabby.
