Great view, great food, amazing spicy bloody mary. We just happened to find this place on our morning shopping/walk but it was the best find. Lots of choices! Super fun place

My wife and I ate here a couple of times, for both lunch and dinner, during a week and a half stay in Kailua Kona. It is a no frills but solid eating establishment right across from the street from the beach on the south end of town. There is a park across the street so you have a clear... More

Great breakfast sitting on the patio overlooking the water. Their versions of Benedicts is worth exploring. I found the servings were more than we could eat. The happy hour drinks and menu was tempting but we did not have the time. Would go back next time in town....

Enjoyed the view more than the food. Service was good. Great to eat looking out to the ocean, enjoyed people watching on Allie Drive.

I ordered the above drink, on telling the staff it just tasted like tea I was told that's how it is in Hawaii, not true, I sent it back but the bar staff said it wS right. I. Gave up service great but bar staff below average. We loved the food but poor poor bar service. My tip is only... More

Great place for breakfast. They will make eggs anyway you want them. I had occasion to be dining by myself and I appreciated how well they treated me as a single diner. They gave me a prime seat up front with a view of the ocean and did not stick me in the back or in same corner. Service is... More

Their morning cocktails are priced a bit steep, but they do a great breakfast, weather it be eggs Benedict or Loco Moco.

Beautiful view of the sunset, get there a half hour or so before sunset so you can get a seat on the patio and watch the sun set into the ocean. It can be spectacular. Order the fish platter appetizer, if you get the large version for 24.95 it's easily enough food for two with nothing else required except maybe... More

We love to get a cherry or two and go "trapping" for geckos at Bongo Ben's. While we enjoy the great food and the sunset on the beachfront, we also get to watch the little geckos! Fun times, great food.

We walked to Bongo Ben's from the King Kamehameha Hotel in about 20 minutes. You could walk faster but the views are so wonderful we stopped to look and take pictures. Breakfast was delicious, including fresh ahi, and the waiters were very cordial and helpful. I will say the restroom floor was wet, and no one let me know I... More
