Jackie Rey's Ohana Grill is a casual local's joint featuring fresh seafood, steaks, pasta and a variety of salads at affordable prices. The restaurant (named after our daughter) is the culmination of much hard work and the dedication of ourselves and our crew. We invite you to be our guests and experience great food and old fashioned hospitality, island style. Angie and Paul—Proprietors of your Local Ohana Grill. Established 2004.
Found Jackie’s on TA and had also been told by our AirBNB host to check it out. Make sure you get reservations as they are very packed around dinner time! It’s a nice break and a little more upscale than the casual spots in town...More
We were staying at the Royal Kona resort and Jim Ward, in the Expedia office there, recommend Jackie Rey's for my birthday celebration. He said that is where he goes for special occasions. It was great. The ambiance was great and the food, fabulous. My...More
We like to grab a seat at the bar, quicker then waiting for a table and happy hour menu until 6 pm. Great food, great drinks and generally great service. Recommend ahi poke tower and anything on the dessert menu.
Dinner was tasty, but with drinks the bill adds up. Expect to pay over $100 per couple for a dinner elsewhere around $60 pet couple. Parking is limited, and not really a restaurant for ocean views. An Overrated local hangout in my estimation.
We went here on Valentines day which is a big day for resturants. Each woman got a rose which was a nice touch! Resturant was full but wait staff was pleasant and very accomadating. Food was good and presentation quite nice. We will return!
Excellent meals. I had sautéed mahi-mahi with sautéed green beans and sweet potatoes. What a great meal! My wife had surf and turf with a sirloin and shrimp. The sirloin was perfectly done and very flavorful and juicy. The shrimp was also excellent. For dessert...More
