We went there with friends who phoned the day before to reserve some fresh scampi and it was sooo good! The mussels were fresh and tasty, but the shrimps with pasta were just unbelievable! Staff was not very friendly and the place itself doesn't look like much but the food made up for all of that!

We had lunch in Viking during Lim Fjord tour from Rovinj. The restaurant has beautiful location and quite friendly stuff (although you may wait for them a bit too long). The menu has a lot of different dishes - staters, soups, salads, sea food and fish, of cause, but meat as well, desserts + good choice of beverages. Prices are... More

Viking is one of the two restaurants in Limski zaljev. For seashells I would recommend going to the Fjord that's only meters away, for meat dishes I would recommend Viking. However I would not recommend going to Limski zaljev and eating meat, there are better places nearby for that. Pastas and risottos are equally underwhelming in both :) Viking offers... More

Great location. Boring interior. Average food. Hostile service. Never again... Do the people who serve guests hate them? I constantly had this feeling that we are not welcome, that we should order eat and leave as soon as possible. Sea food is prepared well, but not much better than I would cook myself. Bread is not homemade, it seems as... More

I've visited the place with my family yesterday. Food offer wasn't very wealthy and various so we have ordered the meat plate named Viking. Although the most of tables were filled with customers, we were waiting for food only for 10-15 minutes. Plate for 2 person was actually more than enough for 3 hungry mouths. Not every piece of meat... More

We visited restaurant Viking while we were on a trip in Rovinj. After so many recommendations by our friends we decided to try it. We ate shrimp coctail as apetiser and fish plate as main course. Everyting was absolutely amazing! Fish was fresh and delitious. We will absolutely visit again.

I haven't been at Viking for four years and today I was very disappointed. Spaghetti frutti di mare were uneatable and although we returned the whole portion uneaten waiter seamed uninterested. When ordering meal I asked the waiter if the tuna was fresh but the steak I got was not fresh nor was it well prepared. Finally when I asked... More

This restaurant, delightfully situated on the fjord was once chosen for a Viking village film reconstruction in the early 2000s. It's quite a drive from Rovijn – if you coming just for the food I would suggest that you stay in the town. We chose Sole but was both expensive and non-tender compared with previous experiences. Perhaps we were just... More
