We were a party celebrating a significant birthday. Birthday boy loves this place and I can see why. I tried it earlier in our ski week to check it out personally. We were a party of forty....no problem. Our tables had been used earlier in...More

After seeing some bad reviews regarding their customer service but still having enough novelty attraction for us to want to try the restaurant, I sent an email to them to try and book a table for an evening of fine dining - true to review...More

Nice building on the slopes. Very busy, so they really don’t care. My rosti was just wasted calories.

We only had morning drinks but it’s s great place. The staff were friendly and all looked fab in their checked shirts and lederhosen; corny I know but they did look good. The slide down to the loos is well known and actually not just...More

Visited this restaurant again after almost ten years. It used to feel high class but has now become another apres joint blasting out ‘Niki Lauda’ and other Austrian tunes. Don’t get me wrong, it’s lots of fun and the food is tasty- but it’s not...More

A meal for 5 without starters or dessert cost €540, nearly €110 each!! Service was rather too formal for us; efficient but sometimes wanting to prematurely take away an unfinished glass or plate. Steak was tasty and tender, but cold or nearly tepid at best,...More

Really gone downhill in recent years...food not so good & still pricey. Half term week was like visiting Holland-even Dutch flags up with cheesy André Hazes music..not what you go to Austria or the Hospiz for!

We had booked this ahead hoping we would get a good seat, instead we were put in the furthest away table in the restaurant, in a separate area to where the fireplace is and the music. It meant our area was quite stale. The service...More

I remain staggered to how this business is still kept alive perhaps it's only redemption is the slide to the toilets or the wonderful view. Other than this there is not a lot else besides rude staff, poor food, awful tasting coffee a long Waits....More

Despite being a quiet morning, staff chatted to each other rather than serve customers. When I asked for service I was abruptly told to sit down and that a waiter would come. After ten minutes a rude and officious waiter took our order. Drinks were...More
