We stopped here for a quick "snack" and it didn't look busy. Their chargrilled oyster were the best ones I had while I was in New Orleans. We also tried the sautéed crab claws and those were also dang good. Service was excellent! We asked...More

OHMYGOSH! Pass go and proceed directly to Creole House. You will not be disappointed unless you are dead (you know the type). Breakfast and lunch has never been better. It just fits. The wait could get a tad long is all one can hold down...More

My sister and I decided to eat dinner here and we were not disappointed. I ordered crab cakes and my sister ordered Yaya Shrimp. Both of them were delicious. The waitstaff was excellent and the location is great.

First I would like to start out by saying the staff was great. My sister and I order the seafood platter. Usually there's enough food for two people when you order a seafood platter but when we received the entree it was unbelievably small and...More

Went with a large group of people. Consensus was that the raw oysters and shrimp and grits were great. I had the combination platter of gumbo, jambalaya and étouffée. Small cups of each came on a plate but a decent amount of food taken altogether....More

Central Business District
Compared to the more evocative monikers of some other
parts of New Orleans, the downtown’s humdrum title
might suggest that this area is all about business and

Peche is an excellent option as well as anything else located on Magazine Street. Try to stay away from the "tourist traps" around Bourbon street and environs
