When we arrived at Popeyes, we had to stand outside for about 2 minutes due to some folks having a heated argument in the middle of the doorway. The glass on the door was shattered as if it had been brutally kicked in. When the...More

Food was delicious. Never had Popeye's Fried Chicken before - food served hot and fast. Employees very friendly. The French fries - don't know what spice was on them - but I loved it. Chicken was not greasy and very crunchy. Drink was properly calibrated.

We stopped for "fast food" and wished we hadn't stopped there. The service was slower than slow. The table weren't wiped off. I didn't get part of my order and with as slow as it was going I didn't bother saying anything. I originally asked...More

Coming Popeye’s from Louisiana, we felt obliged to give it a try. The source of Popeye’s chicken….great expectations…. I must say that the service was rude (all of them), I missed a real piece of chicken on my plate since I got mostly skinny bones...More

Since I am allergic to seafood, there was not many choices for food for me when I visited New Orleans. So, I was grateful to see Popeyes. However, the lines were long and the service was super slow. In the end, the food was good...More

$8.49 for one breast, three skimpy wings, kiddie sized fries and a biscuit? What is this, a kiddie meal? Talk about a terrible value for the money! The chicken was bland and underseasoned, too. Total joke. I'll never go back.

The order and kitchen area is right at the back of the establishment and a but hidden away. Also there are several queue walkways but no indication in which direction one must go. The chicken is ok not bad but not great. Definitely better chicken...More

This was by far my worst experience of any restaurant I have ever went into. I have never ever felt so disrespected by anyone like I felt here. The food was cold, so I asked for some hot onion rings and wow attitude does not...More

This place is inexpensive and they have good food with generous plates. The workers there are not really patients with tourists.

Central Business District
Compared to the more evocative monikers of some other
parts of New Orleans, the downtown’s humdrum title
might suggest that this area is all about business and
little else. But don’t let the bland name keep you
away from the Central Business District. The CBD
offers a wide range of fun things to do that would be
touted as exceptional in less jubilant corners of the
world. Bordered by the French Quarter, the Arts

Not sure what you are talking about but they usually run a special on either a 8 or 10 piece box of chicken for about 10 to 12 dollars.
