As always, this place was amazing. Great atmosphere ( from yesteryear)! Hand stuffed cannoli to order. I ordered a double chocolate ( only chocolate filling) my mom ordered a double vanilla. It's not a big deal, since every cannoli is made to order and hand delivered to your cafe table. The ricotta is so fresh and light, but retains its... More

Even when I had a canoli in Rome - brocato was on my mind because that's what I grew up eating. Nothing compares with it.

We went to Brocato's after dinner. What a wonderful treat. My husband and I each had a lemon ice cup and an Italian cookie. Yum...But did you know that they will pack up pints and quarts of your favorite flavor for you to take home? That is what we did. A quart of raspberry ice was perfect for our family... More

Cute interior with several tables. Everything kept and maintained well. Pleasant service. I didn't know which flavor I wanted, so they offer you a taste. Had several different flavors as well as a cannoli. Everything was very good. What a great little find. A good stop before or after going to city park.

I have been going to this place since I was 4 years old, I'm 48 now and still enjoy it. Great coffee,Italian ice creams and pastries.....ambiance is good. Family friendly but great for couples or groups of people, just like a big happy Italian kitchen!

Quality Italian ices, ice cream and pastries - but when I go I find it is hard to park and hard to get a table. I find it easier to buy Brocato's products in the local supermarkets. My favorites are spumoni and sesame seed cookies!

Angelo Brocato is easy to get to and worth the trip. Love the gelato ~ so many flavors to choose from. The cannoli and other confectionery choices are fabulous. Quintessentially New Orleans

Friendly. Crowded. Sometimes raucous. Always delicious. Fun. Cannoli - the best ever are made right here. Go see the art museum(also terrific) then finish your day with Ice cream, cannoli, or cheese cake. The pastries are to die for. No scrimping on calories allowed! Just sit down and enjoy.

Almost always a line waiting to get in for some gelato, ice cream and Italian pastries. My favorite is almond macaroons! If you try them, you will be addicted! All the seasonal ices are wonderful. My favorite is Blood Orange Ice. Yummy!
