Great place for lunch. We sat in the Courtyard on a very comfortable day. Our last time in NOLA we had the pleasure of meeting Allen Course for service at Bourbon Heat so we asked for him again. Thankfully, he was working this day ,...More

Our group of 9 went in the courtyard to eat. Service was slow but the waitress was nice. After the meal was served, we discovered a family of rats in the bamboo that kept coming out and running around. We finally called it quits when...More

We just stopped in this pretty courtyard for a drink and ended up getting a couple of appetizers. Not five star food, but it was decent bar food. Our waitress was a lovely woman.

The food was great - The catfish with shrimp was top notch. The food quality, taste and temperature was very good. So hats off to the kitchen staff but the wait staff seemed a little confused at times.

We were seated rather quickly. Our server was polite but terrible at her job. My husband didn't get the dinner he ordered. When we tried to point it out to her, she just said that was what he ordered. Also, I ordered a side of...More

Stepped into Bourbon Heat to hear some music and enjoy the courtyard. We ordered a basket of chicken tenders to go with our cold beers. The tenders were perfectly spiced (didn't even want to use the BBQ sauce) and piping hot. They were so good,...More

We stopped in here for dinner because everywhere else was packed. The courtyard is pretty and the food was good, but the service was not. Our drinks were also really good.

We ended up in here twice. There was a band playing. Three guys. They were really good. And the two guys that work the street trying to get customers in, they are amazing. One of them in particular made every person smile or laugh as...More

I'm not 100% sure. We went during the day and there weren't many people there.
Looking to purchase the dinning option for 4 via Groupon. Is Mardi Gras considered a day or a date range? Which dates would be excluded with the Groupon?

Mardi Gras, like Christmas, is a whole season - not just one day. That being said, Fat Tuesday is the biggest day of celebration the last day of Mardi Gras, and the date it falls on moves around. You'll find that Fat... More
