This restaurant is located in the Magazine Street area which is a 10 drive from the French Quarter tourist crowds. The area has several shops and restaurants and La Boulangerie is one of the best for breakfast. Great coffee, baked goods and breakfast sandwiches. Most...More

We enjoyed this cafe that we stumbled upon so much so that we returned 4 times in our week visit to New Orleans. It was a cute place with great (actual) coffee, sweets, gelato, sandwiches. The service was friendly, and its great for dog watching....More

Great variety of sweets and other baked goods. A little expensive, but worth the premium. Out of this world cafe au lait, even tastier than Cafe du Monde. Friendly, thoughtful staff.

We had breakfast here twice on our trip. We loved the Smoked Salmon Bagel but everything we had was a hit. The coffee is good too.

La Boulangerie is a nice, quaint bakery and is great for coffee and pastries. I recommend either the Chocolate or Almond Croissant. Both are very good!

We probably ate 5 meals here - mainly breakfast, but, also, lunch. The pastries, bread, and other food choices were just delicious. The restaurant is clean, the wait staff pleasant, the all the food choices very fresh. Great, great place to start your day.
