Looked like a nice place, was recommended by a friend to come here and do the chefs choices and it was below my expectations. We were served frog legs, duck, fish with seaweed on it... needless to say we left here and went to get...More

We always look forward to seeing Sam who has worked at Louisiana Bistro ever since we started going there several years ago. The service has always been excellent, and Sam's quiet sense of humor is perfect for our gorup. He knows the food, makes excellent...More

This is a very small restaurant on Dauphine. The menu is not enormous but it does cover all the bases including the catch of the day. You don't need the dictionary of what's happening now in food for the translation of what you are you...More

My family made reservations to this restaurant because it was the only restaurant still available to make reservations for New Years Eve (obviously a sign since it was the last place we called that still had plenty of spots open). Our concierge at the hotel...More

We felt like we needed to eat somewhere quiet, and found this little bistro, its very small, we had a very attentive waiter and the food was good, not big portions, but very tasty, and well cooked.

Small intimate relatively quiet oasis in the French quarter.... Wonder appetizers and entrees and warm service. Definitely come here for a break from the madness. Again amazing food, ambiance and service.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 course 'Feed Me' meal. We had friends with us this trip and they were really pleased as well. When you think of 'courses', like salad, soup, entree - this is not that. It's more like 'plates'. Our first one was...More

Their food is always top notch and I continue to be surprised they aren't even busier. We were blessed to sit in the corner by the street. Their hot bread is divine. Service is spotty and I never got my glass of wine--lol, I probably...More

We had several wonderful meals in New Orleans - including many of the classic restaurants. But I wish to mention Louisiana Bistro. The chef is not reinventing the wheel, he uses traditional techniques and ingredients (for the most part). But he does so without being...More
