Our tour guide recommended Katie's for lunch on our tour. He even suggested that we try the charbroiled oysters (as we never had oysters before) and they were great!! We also enjoyed our Po-boy sandwiches. Would definitely eat here again.

Off the beaten path. Use your GPS if you are not familiar with it. Streets were narrow and it was challenging to drive with cars parked on the narrow streets but it was worth the effort. Go early. This place fills up quickly. It was...More

There for dinner & service was good. Food was large portions & fresh made. Pipping hot at the table. Had the ribs & they were excellent. Also had the sweet potato fries. Chicken parm was also tasty & the chicken was very tender.

Small restaurant, very loud. Not good for romantic dates. More like casual dates. Food is awesome!!!

On our arrival day in NOLA we decided to try out Katie's based on reviews and it being a Diner, Drive In and Dives restaurant. The wait was long even after 1pm. We were seated inside which was crowded and insanely loud. So many folks...More

This place was down the street from me while I lived in NOLA and it was definitely my go to spot. The seafood beignet and build your own pasta are amazing but you really can't go wrong. It's also in mid-city so travelers can see...More

Typical trendy New Orleans Mid-City restaurant. Our party had the crabcakes, the yardbird pizza (chicken & tomatoes) and the Atchafalaya pizza (shrimp, crawfish, oysters and crabcake).

The last two times I visited Katie's, they had added a parking lot in the back, across the street.

There is a parking lot just down the street, about a 1/2 a block down. Sometimes there is on street parking if you can find it.
