We found Katie's during restaurant week in New Orleans and found a great neighborhood restaurant one block off the Canal Trolley. Some of the reviews say this has become a tourist attraction but we found that we were a very small minority of the customers. Everyone we met was local and we felt very comfortable here. The staff was great... More

This restaurant is so good we ate there twice in one day. At lunch my dad had the seafood beignet, and it was incredibly good and rich. My nephew had the fettuccine Alfredo with shrimp and we all agreed it was the best fettuccine Alfredo we had ever had. My mom had the catfish platter and she thoroughly enjoyed it.... More

Katie's used to be a quaint neighborhood restaurant but now has become a Tourist spot /attraction.its dishes being priced for the tourist trade, and the amount and quality not measuring to what it used to be. I would avoid this place. The staff has a chip on their shoulder and seem to not value the presence of the customer, as... More

I cannot say enough good things. This cute neighborhood establishment serves up some seriously good food! First course, crab cakes with a mustard sauce very good and filled with lots of fresh crab, temperature could have been hotter (I don't mean spice) Next, the fried green tomato was delightful and served with grilled shrimp on top with a rich creamy... The pizza absolutely was great. The only bad thing was that it made me got straight to my room and take a nap afterwards. It straight knocked me out. Pretty chill spot overall with friendly servers.

There were 6 of us total and were seated at a nice big round table. The restaurant is small but seating adequate and space is clean. They also offer outdoor seating. We shared a house salad & terranova pizza . Both were good and we had leftover pizza. Another couple ordered deep fried eggplant & chicken pizza. They enjoyed both.... More

Katie's is my kind of neighborhood restaurant - full of locals, great specials, daily deals, away from tourists, and a fabulously creative yet delicious menu. If I lived in NOLA, I think I would commit to trying every single thing on their menu because I'm convinced I'd like anything that they make! We started off with the crawfish beignet after... More
