This was the best meal that we had in New Orleans. The duck with roasted brussel sprouts and dirty rice was something I will never forget. And the table side banana fosters was absolutely delicious. If you want a cocktail, get the bee's knees.

Upon entering, I wasn’t too sure about this place. The hostess in the front wasn’t very welcoming. We were the last reservation of the night, and I felt like we may have been put in a back room because we weren’t very dressed up (I...wore a sundress, husband wore slacks and polo). I may be wrong about that, but it’s how we felt. It ended up being perfect because we eventually had the room to ourselves, and our server Stephen was amazing. The food was absolutely delicious. I had the bronzed redfish, and my husband had the duck. Both were cooked to perfection. The drinks and desserts was fantastic as well. What started off as an uncomfortable experience ended up being a wonderful meal.More

What a great dining experience. Extremely close to the hustle and bustle of bourbon street, yet nestled away in its unique fine dining atmosphere. Perfect spot for a business dinner or romantic night out. Everything from appetizers to waiters were spot on. Definitely a must...have if visiting New Orleans!More

We had the worst experience here. It was my husband’s bday and the service couldn’t have been worse. The bus boy brought out our food and I watched as neither of our 2 waitresses brought out our food. It got to the point where I...planned on serving the 2 of us but my husband was too embarrassed. By the time we finally got our food it was ice cold. When I cut through my steak it was extremely over cooked. We paid for bottomless mimosas and got maybe 2 glasses of champagne. I went years ago and was hoping for the same service but clearly they are not up to the same caliber. My husband was less than impressed and I felt awful. Needless to say we will never return and don’t waste your money there when there are plenty of other places that are much better. What a disappointmentMore

The food and service were excellent, but don't let them seat you close to a large group. They made no effort to calm a group of about twenty boisterous drunks even though they were extremely loud.More

So, not bad, not great. Broussards is one of the old line institutions in New Orleans. But it coasts a bit too much and isn’t worth the price tag. The entrees were ok, but lacked the flavor profile and creativeness you might expect. There were...hints of potential but no follow through. Competent execution but not much else. The cake for dessert was dry. My wife lives for cake. She didn’t finish hers. The place is high on reputation but tired. It needs some new energyMore

Broussard's is my favorite restaurant in New Orleans (and there are a lot of good restaurants in Nola)! The ambiance, service and food are all fantastic! You will not be disappointed. When in Nola, we try to make this one of our stops!

Brought a large party here to celebrate a special birthday in their lovely courtyard. The food, drinks and service were outstanding. The gnocchi, scallops and filet were standouts. For drinks, the 1930 and 1990 were delicious.

I am not sure if there is an actual dress code. We went to brunch on a Sunday and I wore a sundress and my husband wore a slacks and button down shirt.

You will be fine. Despite the high prices, the poor service is still memorable. There are better places in NO.
