Went on a lunch date with my husband and wanted to stay close to his job. This location has had many names so we didn't know what to expect and it turned out to be a great choice. As we waited on our fried calamari...More

Reopened as Desi Vega's Steakhouse, but much more than a typical steakhouse. Same phone. Gourmet menu, Beef was just right. Quail was delicious. Great view of street and park.

We were already in great spirits with our decision to stay an extra night in New Orleans in the Warehouse District (enjoy being near the action but not right in the center of it) so finding Mike's on the Avenue early on evening was just...More

This is a wonderful restaurant. I was very impressed with the house salad an excellent mixture of beets, vegetable, and dressing. The bacon roasted oysters were worderdful, topped with caviar. The Bouillabaisse is excellent. This restaurant is located in a hotel but don't let that...More

Ate outside on a beautiful fall evening and service was great. My dinner was fine, but my daughter in law ordered a "Crispy Duck" special which was pretty much sliced raw duck.

The worst service I've ever experienced!!!!! Slow, inattentive, uncaring..... I could go on forever. . The food was marginable at best too. We had the tuna entree...entirely too salty. Our son had the seafood crepes they were ok. The flatbread app, was coated in b-bque...More

Central Business District
Compared to the more evocative monikers of some other
parts of New Orleans, the downtown’s humdrum title
might suggest that this area is all about business and
