We dined at Atchafalya a few years ago for dinner and were quite pleased. During this trip to New Orleans, we revisited the establishment for brunch and were not disappointed. The service was excellent. The food was delicious! My dish, the Eggs Atchafalya was superb!...More

We went in a big family group--eight of us--and so our reservation was on the later side. We got there on time, and spent about 40 minutes waiting in the bar. Once we got seated, the service was very slow. The food was amazing, and...More

Atchafalaya had a great feel as soon as we walked in - not too big and every table had people who looked to be thoroughly enjoying their meal. We ordered a bottle of wine and shared the free form blue crab ravioli- delicious! That was...More

Beyond your wildest expectations. We had the Beets on a Cloud and the Blue Crab Raviolo to start. We both ordered the shrimp and grits. Huge portion. Share if you can. Friendly staff. Sam was great.

Our friends from Mobile, AL met us here for brunch. I was the unadventurous one and coveted everyone else’s food when it came. Best choice is the seasonal vegetables with poached eggs but be sure to order a side of the best breakfast potatoes ever!

Lots of choices in NOLA , but, this place is special. Wonderful food and prompt service in warm atmosphere. Do not miss next trip. Beet salad, gumbo among our favorites.

We had an appetizer, dessert, and cocktail kind of evening! Loved everything about Atchafalaya! The restaurant itself is a converted house so there are several different rooms used for seating ... very fun and quirky! We were upstairs but there is seating downstairs of course....More

Had a late dinner with friends at this charming restaurant in the garden district. Food was extremely creative, beautifully presented and tasty. We had a “special” appetizer of grilled oysters which was wonderful. Other shared appetizers were the fried green tomatoes, blue crab ravioli &...More

They have a lot of small plates available that should be fine. You can review their menu online and contact the owners directly.
