We ate here for lunch and had a Muffaletta, Shrimp PO'Boy and a Sample plate with Jambalaya, Gumbo and Red Beans and Rice. All were very tasty and the service was excellent.

Visited this place twice. The roast beef and gravy, turkey and gravely Po Boys are tasty and filling! The muffaletta is something else! It's as big as the plate, get the half!

I had the gumbo and watched a few guys play and sing. The alcoholic drinks were good and the waiters were friendly.

We stopped in New Orleans on our way back home and ate lunch at this restaurant. The muffuletta sandwich and shrimp po' boy sandwich were very good.

With wonderful live jazz playing, I had one of the best Bloody Mary's I have ever had. I also ordered Crawfish puppies with a unique mustard dipping sauce. Yum! My server Clarissa was friendly and helpful. It was an enjoyable experience.

I just visited the little drink gazebo they have set up in the market. The Gazebo Mary is a must in the morning when you are strolling through the market.

This restaurant had just what we were looking for. Outdoor seating in a nice patio right beside the park, a very friendly server, an enormous shrimp po' boy, the best frozen pina colada ice cream daiquiri you will find, and great music. Go there, you will enjoy it too!

Staying in French Quarter

Neighborhood Profile
French Quarter
A small and teeming network of laissez-faire living lounged out on the balmy banks of the Mighty Mississippi, the French Quarter has long been a port of call for folks in search of a good time and a great story. Perpetually inebriated Bourbon Street runs across its midriff like a strand of cheap ribbon tied around an otherwise rather pretty and impressively well-kept vintage dress. Throughout the rest of the Quarter, brightly colored Victorian homes and businesses, famously done up with wrought-iron features, provide a distinct and immediately recognizable backdrop for all varieties of fun. At any given moment in this historic riverside setting, some of America’s finest meals are being cooked, most potent cocktails are being mixed, and most engaging music is being performed.
