I stop by Dante's to get a slice of pizza when I get into town. It's always fresh and tastes better than the other places nearby. It's my "go to" pizza in New Orleans.

We stopped at Dantes by chance. The pizza was really good. Very warm, tasty and cheesy. The staff was quite friendly. The best bet is to order a whole pizza and split it between your group. By the slice adds up quickly.

Pizza was expensive by the slice but with us having 4 people in our party we just ordered a whole pizza for a great price! It was an amazing pizza!!!! The staff was great! We will definitely go back in the future!

This place is right off of Bourbon street so I don't think they are really trying to sell good quality food. For a slice and a can drink it was $7! Slices were pretty big. There are no very many places to sit in here. I had to sit in my husbands lap to eat. The bathrooms were disgusting!

Pizza is much better here than it is at the daiquri shops spread around Bourbon Street. Good way to curb your drinking. The cheese sticks are decent but heavy and my friend loves the meat pies. They're always nice to us heathens at 1 o'clock in the morning. Two thumbs up for what it is.

Stopped by Dante's for a quick bite between tours in New Orleans. Food was OK. The crust tasted bland. The toppings were good. It's a nice place if you need something quick.

We stopped here and ordered 2 slices of pizza that 3 of us split and added on 3 pepper poppers. The food is cheap and great for a late night snack!

Great pizza by the slice. Easy to get to from anywhere in the Quarter. By far the best pizza in the neighborhood. ~

Thank Molly M

Staying in French Quarter

Neighborhood Profile
French Quarter
A small and teeming network of laissez-faire living lounged out on the balmy banks of the Mighty Mississippi, the French Quarter has long been a port of call for folks in search of a good time and a great story. Perpetually inebriated Bourbon Street runs across its midriff like a strand of cheap ribbon tied around an otherwise rather pretty and impressively well-kept vintage dress. Throughout the rest of the Quarter, brightly colored Victorian homes and businesses, famously done up with wrought-iron features, provide a distinct and immediately recognizable backdrop for all varieties of fun. At any given moment in this historic riverside setting, some of America’s finest meals are being cooked, most potent cocktails are being mixed, and most engaging music is being performed.
