This little jem of a restaurant is in the Mid City area of New Orleans. Genuine Italian food with the atmosphere of the "old days"1

I am from New Orleans and went to this restaurant to try it out. If you do not know a waiter or an owner and are not a regular you will be treated poorly. Food is not that great. Check out Vincent's instead, they have great service and better atmosphere.

I have eaten here several times and the food is great and reasonably prices. I ate across the street last night at Wit's Inn. Big mistake. I'm usually with 3 to 4 others after church and we all love the place.

This is one of our go-to Italian restaurants in the city. The food never disappoints and love the dining atmosphere!

Visits to this 'old school' Italian restaurant have been rough lately. The most recent visit (because someone was in from out of town who really wanted to go) resulted in a long wait to be seated even though we were ahead of the dinner crowd. Whoever was seating people was nowhere around and servers kept passing us without making eye... More

Had my taste buds set for ossa boca (probably misspelled) but ordered the veal Ponchatrain. Wow what a treat! Awesome.

Always a great experience from an old school Italian restaurant. In the old days many local who's who dines up; on the raised tables with telephone access before cordless and cellular devices were everywhere. Great Food and Service. Not cheap but not expensive either.

The food and service was awesome! My red fish was amazing - nice and crispy edges, fresh, cooked perfectly and was the right temperature when it arrived to the table which says a lot bc we had 8 people at our table and they were on a wait - slammed. I see why there was such a wait now.

A family member was celebrating a birthday and chose Venezia because he wanted the BEST pizza. Turns out that not only did they have excellent pizza, but good alfredo, eggplant parmigiana, grilled fish, and stuffed artichokes. The restaurant is a little on the small size, but this is one of the things that makes it uniquely New Orleans. We had... More

No matter what you choose everything is delicious. Go here before late Saints games or after for early games.
