Those biscuits are delicious! They say you can't eat just one, and they're right. A lovely place, close to bustling crazy Bourbon St, but it's even fairly quiet in the back room. Great fish and seafood. Love the bread pudding.

There are so many really good restaurants in New Orleans, from cheap dives to white linen fare. But when I want to make sure I am getting bang for my buck I always head back to GW Fins. It is simply the best in my...More

We ate here a year ago and it was among one of the best restaurants ever. This trip it was still very good but the service was down a notch and while our fresh fish was superb the gumbo was just average. When you eat...More

This is a fine restaurant. The decor is muted and pleasant. The menu makes you want to order one of each. Table and settings were comfortable and what one would expect for fine dining. The feature is, of course, seafood. Served many ways and with...More

I've eaten at restaurants all over the US and this has to be one of my favorites. Not only was the food amazing, the staff was the best I've ever had, hands down. Worth every penny!

French Quarter
A small and teeming network of laissez-faire living

Experience the cuisine that has created raving fans of local diners and national and local food critics alike. Chef Tenney Flynn (two time winner of "Chef of the Year" in New Orleans Magazine) ensures the highest quality seafood by flying in products from around the globe and featuring only the best from local waters - both at their seasonal peak. This commitment to freshness and variety are two of the many reasons GW Fins prints its menu daily and has received numerous glowing reviews in The Times-Picayune (4 beans), Food & Wine, Southern Living and Esquire magazines.
