Delicious food, cute quiet spot, reasonably priced. Good for a quick bite, with plenty of seating both outdoors and indoors

When in NOLA you must visit this little restaurant and try the Ham Tartine. YUM! I ate here three times during my four day stay. Everything was delicious and reasonably priced. I could eat the three bean salad that comes as a side every day!...Also check out Toast, same chef, for another great place for breakfast/lunch.More

We just came across this place on a walk, and were pleasantly surprised. Good sandwiches, salads etc. on homemade breads made with fresh ingredients. Very friendly staff.

This small restaurant off Broadway by the river has delicious pastries for breakfast. The sausage stuffed brioche was one of the best breakfast sandwiches I have ever eaten. All the pastries were fresh. The coffee is also good.

New Orleans, LA is known for great food with it's own mix of awesome flavors but we found a hidden jewel when we found Tartine. Tartine is a breakfast, brunch and lunch cafe, we went for lunch. My friend and I each ordered the House...Smoked Turkey sandwich. Were we ever surprised when they arrived and were so large, we could have ordered one and split it and still had quite a feast. The sandwich was served with a bean slaw side that I could never get enough of. We also sampled a delicious home made scone and a brownie large enough for two, all were culinary delights I plan to visit Tartine as often as I can. I want to try every item on the menu I here that on Sundays they have Grits and Gruyere that is beyond belief. I also want to try the Baked Egg in Brioche. If you're ever in New Orlean and want to treat you tastebuds to a wonderful food experience, set your GPS for Tartine and enjoy, you will definitely NOT be disappointedMore

Great inside and outside seating options. Food was delicious and portions were large - try the ham and brie on French bread. I’ll be frequenting this place. Chef prepares food almost right in front of you and is open/amenable to accommodating any diet. Highly recommend.

We went here for breakfast after a walk in Audubon Park. Really good breakfast sandwich and fantastic cranberry scone with lemon curd. Highly recommend it!

My wife loves Brie, I love French cuisine. Add some good coffee and a latte, and this had all the markings of the best breakfast place of all my travels. The baked egg was inside a French pastry, so the yolk soaked in to the...savory pastry the moment your put your fork in. I don’t know about you, but I hate to waste good egg yolk, and this dish makes it impossible to leave any of the goodness behind. Brie was average, but the outstanding as well as the jelly. A dish can be greater than the sum of its parts, and that is the case with the Brie. Highly recommended.More

It was getting late for lunch and we had been walking all morning, let's face it I was close to hangry! Fortunately Tartine was close to Audubon park. I loved my steak salad. The tables needed bussing and it was quite loud, and the iced...tea was horrible- but the food was delicious. My husband had an Italian sandwich with olive tamponade- big portion, salty and on nice crusty bread, perfect after a long walk in the heat. This was a little oasis for us.More

Enjoyed brunch here. Latte was great. The cranberry scone with lemon curd was one of the best I’ve ever had. The stuffed baguette was delicious as well. The quiche was humongous! This is an off the beaten path kind of place but very cute and...quaint.More

Get the eggs in brioche! Mmmm! Staff is super friendly, and the food was warm and fresh-tasting. There's a small outside seating area where we enjoyed the lovely weather, but you can also eat inside if you want. Only downfall is the parking. There was...construction when we went, so we had to park around the corner in the residential neighborhood, but it wasn't far away at all.More

This is a little hole in the wall restaurant. The food was inventive and terrific! I needed a non-meat meal because it was Friday and they had a baguette stuffed with egg plant that was wonderful. My cousin had a tuna fish sandwich, which sounds...mundane but the roll was soft and pillowy and the tuna salad itself was flavorful. I really recommend this place if you're any where near Audubon Park!More

This was my first time eating at Tartine, and it exceeded my expectations. The place itself was non-pretentious and homey, and the food was unique and delicious. I got the baked eggs in brioche, a dish I would highly recommend. They have indoor and outdoor...seating, well-priced food, and a friendly staff as well. I will definitely be back!More

We went here because a local ( at our home town) writer said they had the best quiche he had ever eaten in all the world. He is a food writer and restaurant owner and travels a lot. So we tried it for lunch. My...quiche was outstanding. Mt wife;s tasted like it was a day old and probably was. Hers was still good, just not outstanding. This a small place, and not much to recommend it except the food. Parking is not a problem. By the way the best quiche is in Paris - location-location-location.More

We had a great lunch at this cute little sandwich shop. I definitely wish it was nearer to my work. I will eat here again. The ham and brie Tartine was excellent as was the special of the day quiche.
