Assuming it's because they moved to this new location and have yet to update their photos, the menu items are a little deceiving. Parking was a little inconvenient, but we came early and there were still 2 spots open in front of the restaurant. Decor was mix of white walls and black flooring and tables. Restaurant didn't look dirty but... More

They just opened a new restaurant in Uptown NOLA. Went for dinner and was very good. Had grilled beef and grilled pork, done at your table. Very reasonable prices and fun!!!

I've been going to this restaurant since they first opened and I just visited their new location. The korean cooking has been good throughout but the quality of ingredients changed over time. I'm very pleased with the quality of pork belly today. The meat was not previously frozen from what I could tell. I saw some previous complaints on higher... More

We anticipated the opening, so it was a no brainier as to where to go. We went on Saturday July 9th, there was no host while we waited with five other couples at the door. When the host finally appeared after almost 10 minutes, we were told the wait was over an hour for ANY table and was just told... More

An ultimately pleasant train-wreck. We were fans of the Claiborne location and couldn't wait for them to open on Magazine St with the addition of Korean BBQ. I saw that it opened on Tuesday afternoon so it was an easy choice for dinner on Saturday. I knew it would be busy but really didn't expect such a long wait...an hour... More

The food is good but the price, not so much. You do get unlimited sides. The day I visited was the last day at that location. They have moved to magazine street.

This is my first time eating at a Korean restaurant. the food was good but I was not expecting those prices. although it is a little pricey you do get what you pay for and there is a lot of food that comes for that price. I would definitely go back

LITTLE KOREA IS NOT CLOSING! THEY ARE SIMPLY MOVING BECAUSE THEY ARE IN A RENOVATED TACO BELL AND WHO WANTS TO LIVE LIKE THAT? Now that I have dispelled this horrendous (and patently untrue) rumor, I would like to take you on a journey. Come with me, won't you? Rewind to 3 years ago. I was a bright eyed young... More

I went to this place for the first time last week and was impressed. The decor isn't great; you can tell it's in an old Taco Bell building, but the food is delicious. I had a spicy shrimp ramen, which was better and a larger portion than what's served at noodle and pie. My girlfriend had a fried fish dish... More

Staying in Uptown / Carrollton

Neighborhood Profile
Uptown / Carrollton
Very much their own self sufficient unit within the greater metro area, Uptown and Carrollton tone down the urban edge with a friendly attitude and collegiate feel. Home to Tulane and Loyola Universities, all the students living in the area ensure that Uptown and Carrollton stay youthful, cosmopolitan and vibrantly fun. Two of the liveliest thoroughfares for nightlife and socializing (and yes of course more of the city’s outstandingly good food and live music) are Oak Street and Maple Street. For a truly wild time, the expansive acreage of Audubon Park, with its zoo, golf course, and actual patches of swampy wetlands, means peace and quiet are never too far away.
