Awesome bar, great selection of tequila. The music is too loud but great place and cool ambiance. Their margaritas are very good as well.

Myself and husband love Tequila so the name caught our attention, and we weren't disappointed. We ordered the Chicken Nachos they were delicious and the portion sizes was huge.

Stopped in to pass time before dinner ended staying for 3 hours for happy hour. There margaritas has the most tequila in them in the French Quarters.

While visiting New Orleans we met some locals and this was the first place they took us. We went at night time for some good drinks and dancing. The drink prices were totally reasonable, and the quality was above and beyond. If you are partying on Bourbon, and need a good, strong drink this is the place to go.

Went here on two consecutive days and had a totally different experience on each visit. First visit was great. Chilled vibe, friendly service and good music. The second visit was pretty bad. Surly barmaid, loud thrash metal music and poor service. On the plus side, the back courtyard is pleasant and a nice reprieve from the insanity of Bourbon Street.

Came across this little place while walking down Bourbon Street. The smell and all the bottles of tequila drew us in. The food, drink and service was all fantastic.

We only stopped by for top shelf tequila shots but ended up hanging out awhile longer. They had a wide variety of other drinks available as well for those of us with weak stomachs. LOVE the atmosphere of the place...so original! Bartender was fun. Well worth the stop. Live music would've made it a 5 star.

Rita's specializes in Tequila. It ranges in $3 - $90 per shot. I only drank beer and had Nachos & Tacos. The food was excellent for the price. Service at the bar was fast and very friendly from Antonio..

This was not an average bar on Bourbon. This one is clean, maintained, and a little upscale. They had so many different brands. Tequilas that are top shelf back home, are the second tier of seven here. Good service. Did not eat here. They have a really nice patio out back

THE MUSIC AT NIGHT IS AMAZING!!!! Give the DJ a raise!!!!! BEST place to dance! Drinks are crazy expensive, but you don't need to spend a lot of money to have a great time - we went every night of our trip!

Staying in French Quarter

Neighborhood Profile
French Quarter
A small and teeming network of laissez-faire living lounged out on the balmy banks of the Mighty Mississippi, the French Quarter has long been a port of call for folks in search of a good time and a great story. Perpetually inebriated Bourbon Street runs across its midriff like a strand of cheap ribbon tied around an otherwise rather pretty and impressively well-kept vintage dress. Throughout the rest of the Quarter, brightly colored Victorian homes and businesses, famously done up with wrought-iron features, provide a distinct and immediately recognizable backdrop for all varieties of fun. At any given moment in this historic riverside setting, some of America’s finest meals are being cooked, most potent cocktails are being mixed, and most engaging music is being performed.
